Staff was friendly and helpful but two big issues, room was tiny and beds were miserably uncomfortable also NO housekeeping during the duration of your stay. Called for extra towels that were brought up but that just resulted in a mountain of dirty towels in our room.

We stayed three nights. There is no housekeeping service unless you stay a minimum of 7 days. You can ask for clean towels etc. but you’d think while paying a decent chunk of money for a hotel stay, you’d receive housekeeping. Other than that service was adequate and room was decent.

The room was clean and had enough room to put suitcases on floors and around room. The bathroom was also adequate sized. The hallways needed a good vacuuming. Staff was kind and greeted us each time we walked in.

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. First time at a sonesta property and definitely the last. Hotel was extremely disappointing. As an Explorist with World of Hyatt who has stayed at multiple hotels, I’ve never been charged an “early check in fee”. I’ve also worked for a major hotel chain and never charged someone an early check in fee if rooms were available. This started off the stay to a bad start as well as $28 a day for parking is a bit ridiculous. Service was not great at all. The water pressure in the room was absolutely terrible. It was almost unusable. The room and floor felt very dirty. Light bulbs were all different colors. Noise could be heard from the street and hallway. When I advised the agent upon check out about the conditions of the room (the same one who checked us in), she had very poor service and just said you should have told us sooner and that was the end of the conversation. There’s much better hotels in the area that are much better than this hotel.

The location was great . Hotel was clean and staff were welcoming. The bus situation is great until ur stuck with a 5 yr old that fell asleep waiting 40 min for the bus to pick u up from Disneyland at the end of the night. This of course has nothjng to do with the hotel and its great service. Thank You for a great stay.
