Rooms were very clean and huge, the high ceilings really make a difference. Amenities are awesome, heated pool is a major plus for us since it was cooler when we went. Art bus right at the front of hotel is great, however parking being $39 a night is a bit much but is my only complaint, there are hotels that are just as nice that include parking or charge much less per night. Everything else was perfect, would stay again in the future.

It was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was nice. Had an issue with the bathroom door handle, which they took care of, but the housestaff should have reported the problem before releasing the room. The coffee at the coffee shop was tasty and the muffins were good, the banana bread was dry. The Valencia restaurant is overpriced, the parking is overpriced even with the discount for staying there (I'm not sure why you would park there without staying there). They charge a $25 fee (resort?), but then give you $25 credit to spend on their overpriced amenities. Whatever the price is that you prepay through expedia, just add a couple hundred more at the end of your stay.

Our experience was average overall. Unfortunately, the smoke alarm kept going off repeatedly during the night, waking my family and me multiple times. I reported the issue to the front desk, but no action was taken, which was very disappointing and disruptive to our stay.

The room was amazing no doubt! The staff not so much. They were super cold and unfriendly. $40 per day parking charges, $25 per day resort access fee was a rip off! We were so busy getting to and from Disney Land. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully use the $25 per day allowance and we got charged anyway. When asked at checkout they weren’t flexible enough to let us use the lapsed amount for a coffee etc.. very rude and inflexible staff!

The water in the showers were interesting. The water would take forever to get warm. Once it was warmed it would just get hot and hotter. And again would take time for it to cool down.
