It worked for a 1 night stay, but wasn’t great. Front desk staff was rude, was not very clean & room needed updating.

The hotel is looking very tired and needs some TLC. We can see that some things have been updated but the front counter and chairs for staff are worn thin and the front desk needs to be more inviting. Staff are doing their best but at times it can be overwhelming when checking in. Breakfast was good but very short and limited places to sit when everyone is coming to have breakfast.

We asked for a shuttle from the cruise ship dropoff point but it never came, so some of us walked and the rest of our group took a taxi. The desk seemed understaffed. We did get shuttle service the next morning to the airport and the desk worker was courteous. It was a satisfactory stay.

Not great, but its close to the railroad stop.

The check in process was slow. One of our two rooms had a clogged toilet upon arrival. When the front desk was contacted about it we were told "theres a plunger down here, come get it." Our other roomhad a very slow draining tub which caused the tub to he dirty and gross. Our keys were only validated for 1 day instead of the full stay we booked. Overall, not great customer service. The hotel is old, you can tell they have attempted to repaint, given the paint drips on the trim and painters tape left on items. The "gym" is a treadmill and weights. The elliptical was put of order. This hotel is quite close to the railroad depot so if you need tonstay somewhere close this will do.

It was better however the AC unit was not great, the auto funtion did not work, so it was noise all time. Thank you..

The location was good and easy to get to. The train whistles did go several times a night, but it really did not bother us. We knew that would happen being so close to the train station. The breakfast was fair.

Good staff, but that's all

The staff was great but the room, not so much. toilet was unflushed, 1 tacky crooked vinyl chair, no in room coffee, phone didn't work to call the desk, A/C unit rattled all night as did the fridge. TV remote was sticky when I first touched it.....gross!! Breakfast was less than okJ. Overall just not a comfy/pleasant situation at all.

This place is a complete dump, dirty and in need of serious repair everywhere you look. It was extremely overpriced and There are no amenities , no hair dryer, no coffee maker, Plastic Lawn chair for furniture. There are pubic hairs in the bathroom. Towels did not seem clean. Staff did not seem friendly. Stay away!!! The positive reviews had to be made by the hotel itself, as the entire place was horrible. Located in an unsafe part of town surrounded by homeless. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed!
Doors were beat up.
Pubic hair in shower.
Dilapidated air conditioner.

Not worth the price

Highly over priced! Beds were very uncomfortable and not the cleanest of rooms. Shuttle and driver were very nice, highlight of stay. Some rooms in our party didnt have hair dryers.

We left a day early, while checking in, a person was on hotel grounds going through the garbage and asking us for money as we unloaded our luggage. There was a double murder one mile away the night we stayed there.

Relatively convenient to downtown anchorage. But the shuttle service took a long time to come to the airport to pick us up. We stayed for two nights but no house keeping was done after the first night of stay, had to go to the front desk asking for clean towels.
