stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton and was disappointed with the room’s condition. The bathtub was dirty when I arrived, and the body wash dispenser was empty. After notifying housekeeping, they only refilled the shampoo but still didn’t replace the body wash. Overall, the room felt outdated and in need of upgrades. For the price and reputation of the Hilton brand, I expected a much better experience.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel stay. We will definitely book here again if we’re in the area. The only negative experience we had is that a loud group of people who weren’t hotel guests got into the pool area, but security handled that pretty quickly after being called.

Overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I noticed that a white woman working at the front desk appeared to treat customers differently based on race. Her interactions with Black customers seemed noticeably less courteous than with others, which I found disappointing and unprofessional.
