Budget friendly hotel near Sm Clark. No shuttle bus to get around. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accomodating. There was an issue with the cable tv and it was fixed asap. The bed was comfortable but was too noisy when you moved. Also, you can hear noises from outside like the tricyles, cars, and people outside. Aircon was cold and in good working condition.

This was fraud. They were nothing like they presented themselves to be: false photos on the website, dirty linen and towels strewn in the hallways. Very poor lighting. Unprofessional staff pretending to cancel my reservation when along they were just delaying us until the pending transaction went thru. It was undoubtedly the worst accommodations I’ve experienced in my entire life. They do not deserve to be on Expedia. Send representatives to see for your self. Reprehensible!!

Still nice, but going down hill.

I have stayed at Rumi every year for a very long time, but as much as I like it, it is getting worse each trip. There is mold in each room and heavy in the bathrooms. And there is a driver but he was busy every weekday afternoon taking the owners son or brother to school so guest could not use the van. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was reasonable clean, still the best option for the price in AC!

Long way from action

Clean tidy budget room, noise travels easily from reception, and other guests. Easy 20peso jeepney ride to main areas, but bit isolated when coming home late, better to get a trike home for extra pesos

Angeles For Three Days

Hotels staff very courtesy, arrived early for parking, room with kitchenette was comfortable small refrigerator and microwave, only negative ants in the bed both night the staff brought can of bug spray room 219, location is good, price was great, didn't try the breakfast, but the order menu they advertise for food was awesome, would definitely stay again just another room. If you are a light sleeper the trike may wake you up throughout the night.

I did not stay in the hotel myself. I booked it for someone else.. He was pleased with it. He said the room was big enough for a small family, it was clean and the check in was hassle free. I also called the night before and had a pleasant experience conversing with the lady at the front desk.
