Am Ende einer kleinen Straße, direkt am Waldrand gelegen, thront unser Gästehaus Hölbinger Alm mit einem einzigartigen Panoramablick ins Salzburger Tal und auf die Berchtesgadener Gebirgswelt. Aus allen Himmelsrichtungen leicht erreichbar, lädt unser Haus zum abwechslungsreichen Verweilen ein. Die früheren Gästezimmer der Hölbinger Alm wurden im Jahr 2011 in exclusive Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Es stehen komplett ausgestattete Wohnungen für Familien von 2 bis 6 Personen und eine mit behindertengerechter Ausstattung zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist die Benutzung eines allgemeinen Waschraumes mit Waschmaschine und Trockner kostenfrei. Die Hölbinger Alm bietet nicht nur perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten, sondern kann dem Gast als Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktiv-Unternehmungen dienen. Mit dem Auto sind die touristischen Höhepunkte schnell erreichbar: z.B. Festspiel-Stadt Salzburg (10 Min.), Bad Reichenhall (10 Min.), Berchtesgaden (20 Min.) und Chiemsee (20 Min.).

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, trotz Herbstlichen Wetter im August. Die Fewo ist gut ausgestattet. Die Fewo 9 hat keinen Balkon. Wird in der Fewo Beschreibung glaub nicht erwähnt!Das war das einzige was uns gestört hat. Gibt aber Möglichkeiten sich im Garten aufzuhalten und zu grillen. Tolle und viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Bayern

Das Anwesenden hat uns super gefallen, umrahmt von Bergen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Wohnung war schön und auch sehr sauber. Lage ruhig, nahegelegene Autobahn war nicht zu hören. Die Unterkunft ist ideal um Ausflüge in der Umgebung zu machen. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Es war sehr schön in der Wohnung, der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft immer freundlich, super Brötchenservice. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es sehr heiß in der Wohnung (Dachgeschoss, was aner in der Anzeige leider nicht drin stand) war.

Perfekte Lage!

Sehr schöner und sauberer Wohnung. Sehe schöne Lage, in ruhiger Umgebung. Allerdings stand nirgendwo dass es ein Dachgeschosswohnung ohne Balkon ist und das man 100 € Kaution hinlegen muss.
