The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming semi-detached 100 m² house for rent in Anglet, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
- Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds forming a queen-size bed (160×200), which can be separated.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A wooden terrace of approx. 50 m², facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is semi-detached and surrounded by greenery, ideally located in Anglet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities :
- Beaches 10 minutes away by car
- Hiking in the Atlantic Pyrenees mountains
- Surfing, tennis
- Château de Brindos
- Visit Bayonne, Biarritz or Saint-Jean-de-Luz

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot, in front of the garage (one space). Bikes can be stored in the garage.
