Lovely new addition to Basque region

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.

Beau mais décevant

HĂŽtel rĂ©cent et moderne, bien situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage, dans un environnement calme. Le personnel est serviable et agrĂ©able. En revanche, la piscine est partagĂ©e avec la rĂ©sidence, ce qui limite l’intimitĂ©. Notre chambre avait un balcon donnant sur le parking avec la climatisation centralisĂ©e juste en dessous, sans aucun mobilier pour en profiter. Le restaurant n’était pas accessible sans rĂ©servation trois jours Ă  l’avance. Enfin, le rapport qualitĂ©/prix n’est pas satisfaisant, mĂȘme en plein mois d’aoĂ»t.
