This is our go-to place when in Ann Arbor. It's your typical Hampton. Breakfast is good. My only complaint is the coffee is a bit weak. Generally, its very quiet, but you can hear I94 a bit if staying on that side of the hotel. This last trip was the first time i stayed on that side of the hotel. It was not loud enough to bother me but if muffled traffic noise would bother you, ask for a room facing the parking lot.

The only issue we had was our key card did not work for the back door no key card would and they need to get that fixed promptly because it’s a very inconvenient thing to have to prop the door and hope no one goes in and out before you get back from your car. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

The hotel and our room was very clean. Staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were open late. Good selection for breakfast. Very close to the campus and plenty of dining options around.
