Convenient (and comfy) for U of M visit

Location was about 10-15 minutes from Univ of Michigan campus, so super convenient for a visit there. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Had extra lounge chair/table which was perfect to eat in, watch tv and relax. Gym had a variety of equipment. Pool/hot tub looked nice, but didn’t use. Would definitely stay there again!

Check-in was friendly. The room was very comfortable. Hallways were a bit warm. Breakfast had an pretty good variety (eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, cereal). The breakfast area was kept clean and set up nicely. Would stay again!

Perfect!

We have stayed here twice in and will come again. The room is large, the bathroom is well-designed to be helpful for someone who is physically disabled. The bed is cozy. The desk is spacious, the TV is large and there is a perfect litttle table at the sofa. (So perfect, I bought one like it for my house.) Breakfast was great, too. We stayed here before and after an outpatient procedure at the hospital--it's a nice place to let the sedatives wear off before driving home.

While this is not as convenient to UM as Hampton Inn North, it is in better condition and not too far away from campus. Definitely recommend.

Property is in a state of decay. Outdoors maintenance was terrible- dead bushes, unmoved, weeds in landscaping and along building. Indoor maintenances- needs paint, room rug filthy, mold in corners of bath, no bathroom ventilation, pillows had odor- I skipped breakfast both days. Disappointing stay. -
