Condo was clean and well-appointed. Great location close to so much Ann Arbor has to offer. Easy communication with rental company for check-in and check-out. The main bedroom overlooks a noisy street with bars that are open into the early morning hours on the weekend. There is a white noise machine which really helps! Would definitely stay here again!
The location of the condo could not have been better. Right in the center of downtown Ann Arbor and walking distance to Univ. of Michigan and The Big House. The beds were very comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. The only complaint that we had was the noise at night. The condo is right above some popular bars and it was LOUD! Could have been unusually loud because of Halloween weekend but It was hard to sleep until about 2am when the bars closed. Otherwise it condo was great!
This place was great! The 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples travel together. Much better than the hotels weâve stayed in during our prior trips to Ann Arbor. The only issue we had was with some of the surrounding bars, which were very loud at night and I believe stayed open until 4am. Being a light sleeper and an earlier riser, this caused a few sleepless nights for me. This is not a reflection of the quality of the rental, as it was truly great, just something to keep in mind if traveling with kids, etc. My brother and sister-in-law slept in the bedroom in the far end of the condo and didnât hear any of the street/club noise. My husband and I had the front bedroom, close to the balcony, and the the street noise was very noticeable. I would definitely stay here again. I will just pack earplugs for my for my next visit.
Clean, well-stocked and spacious. Much better than an overpriced hotel. Two bedrooms and a pullout sofa. Comfiest beds and pillows ever! Two bathrooms. Large living/dining area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Well lit and lots of windows. About a 15 minute walk to center of campus. Approx 25 min walk to football stadium but no big deal, as lots of fans walking from all directions.
Great location near main street. Easy walk to campus with plenty of food, shopping and entertainment. Loved the corner unit with its balcony and very comfortable beds.
Communication with the management company is the best. The apartment has an excellent location--Kerrytown, Main Street shopping and restaurants and campus are all less than 1/2 mile walks. Note that the property is across the street from the Blind Pig (music venue) and if you go to sleep before 1AM on the weekend, bring a white noise machine or app. Very nicely appointed. Shades and baseboards could use dusting, but generally quite clean. Enormous windows on a corner unit provide lots of light during the day--the metal slat shades (they still make these?) are not great at blocking light, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light. One guest was in a wheelchair and the apartment in very accessible for someone in a wheelchair (although bathrooms aren't ADA friendly). Recommended!
This place was large, airy, and very clean! We loved staying here and highly recommend it. It is bigger than it looks. The keyless entry worked perfectly.
My mom and I stayed here for a few days during a graduate school trip to U of M. Our beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The space was open and had all the necessities you could think of. Loved the close proximity to shops and restaurants.
We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend and loved our stay. The views are beautiful with lot's of natural light and windows. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this listing.
The best part of this VRBO is its location in Ann Arbor. It was possible to walk to everything we wanted to do - restaurants, museums (at U of M), stores. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling to Ann Arbor.
Nice apartment it was a little bit noisy . Not sure if it was neighbors or people outside but there was a lot of noise until about 130 am. That was a little annoying because we had to be up early the next day. Otherwise nice apartment.
Good communication with property manager with any concerns that came up. There isnât a luggage cart, so for a 72 yr old and 65 yr old that was a lot of trips. We were in town for 8 days, so we had a lot of stuff, including my medical supplies. Itâs a beautiful property. Tv was unfamiliar for us old folks. A card with use information probably would have been helpful for us old folks.
Again this is a beautiful property and we would gladly stay here again!
I was traveling with my two young boys, looking to visit some family and catch a Red Wings game. I wanted something that was conveniently located in Ann Arbor so that I didn't have to rent a car, and this place was perfect.
Everything was super easy, from following the check in instructions, the preparedness and cleanliness of the place, and the interaction with the property manager.
To top it all off, my son left one of his stuffed animals behind, but the property manager contacted me after the cleaning crew found it and took the time to mail it back to us. In most situations, this never happens. Only someone with a good heart would try to help.
Looking forward to next year's trip to AA and we hope we can book this place again!
This is a terrific place to stay in Ann Arbor. The apartment is spacious and clean with comfortable beds, a nicely stocked kitchen and other amenities, and a convenient free parking spot. You can head right out the door to the best of the Main Street areaâs restaurants, coffee shops, beer gardens, clubs, etc. The staff is responsive and helpful and all their systems for checking in etc. are well designed and easy to follow. I would definitely come back.
