Great pool and bar food!

Request for room with heated toilet denied. Request for free room upgrade denied saying they couldn’t upgrade due to booking through a 3rd party. I wonder if using Hotels.com makes for lesser quality rooms.

The shower is fantastic! Our bathroom smelled like sewage though. The toilet/ bidet was blowing around a rancid smell - it went away when we unplugged it.
