Beautiful home for young families

We had a wonderful time at the perfectly furnished home for my family including my 8, 5, and 1 year old kids. The kitchen and bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Furniture was good condition. The backyard pool and hot tub were the hit during our trip when we didn’t want make the short walk to the beach. Would definitely come back again.

Best house for vacationers

The house was clean and beautiful. I have stayed in three other similar homes on AMI previously but this house was the most guest friendly. I appreciated the little touches they made available (like laundry pods, coffee pods and sugar) so much. We would 100% book again!

Family spring break

We had a wonderful vacation. The location of Amie House is convenient to beaches and restaurants. Communication with Nicole was easy. The house and pool are spotless and comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Everyone loved it and totally enjoyed a relaxing family time . Ten out of ten stars!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at The Amie House. Everything worked beautifully and we were a couple of blocks from the beach and a bike ride away from Pine streets. They provided bikes as well as beach towels, chairs etc

Lovely home! Cleanest place ever! Incredible communication!

I wish I could give this home a 10 star rating. Property manager messaged on day of arrival and following day only to ask if we needed anything!!! Lovely home, clean, water and bakery gift on arrival! Private. 5 min walk to beach! Beautiful sunset views from rooftop and 2nd floor balcony. Heated pool and spa pool. .5 miles to ice cream and great food. Will stay again!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is well appointed with bikes, pool toys, games and all you need to enjoy the property. The floor plan worked perfectly for us, with young adult kids. The kitchen was inviting and spacious, perfecting cook fresh seafood from the nearby seafood market. AMI’s perfect beaches just a short walk or bike away. Host was helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying in Nicole’s home! I’ve stayed in quite a few rental properties, and this was one of the nicest and well stocked properties I’ve been to. The pool was amazing, as well as the rooftop deck. Not to mention, it was a very quick walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in AMI!

Our stay at Amie House was amazing from start to finish. We have stayed in many homes on the island and this by far was the BEST. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and well-organized and stocked. It had all the amenities you could ever want or need on vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and we appreciated the privacy the landscape provided. Street was quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach. We had great communication with the owners who checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. We definitely plan to book the Amie House again next summer.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Amie House from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The owners thought of all the details to make our stay easy and convenient, and the home was very nicely equipped to handle a wide variety of needs. Additionally, any questions were handled very quickly by Nicole. All told, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this property to others.

5 stars on every level.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home and property! We’ve been coming to Anna Maria for a while and this home takes the cake. The location was fantastic and the home itself was beautifully decorated and furnished. We appreciated the many chairs umbrellas wagons and paddle boards not to mention all the toys. The kitchen was very well furnished. And we were able to cook all week for our family without missing a beat. The house even came with dish tabs laundry tabs Body soap, conditioner, and shampoo for every bathroom I mean, every detail was thought through. Typically we have to buy these things when renting a home. The pool was clean and beautiful and we loved the landscaping with all the privacy palms. Nicole, our host was fantastic to work with she communicated with us very well. We definitely will be coming back to this property again, Thank you Nicole for providing such a beautiful home for families to make memories together.

Amazing stay at the Amie House!

We have stayed in AMI for the last four years. And the Amie house was our favorite it was FANTASTIC. The house is beautiful and located so close to the beach. All bases were covered for a rental property from beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc. Overall the house is spectacular, a must for families looking for a very short walk to the beach and space to spread out as a family. This home will keep you coming back to AMI. We would absolutely book again!

This was our second stay at Amie House and it was again, wonderful. It has every amenity you could possible want or need, and the communication from the property manager was excellent. The location was perfect - quiet and close to the beach. We look forward to many future stays!

Perfection!!!

This house/location is just perfect! We stay in a ton of VRBO’s and this one ranks right up there. From the Owner communcation/checkups/reaponse, to the beautifully accommodated house/pool area, to 6 bikes with locks, to games and pool toys, to a fully equipped kitchen, to a great cleaning company this one is the perfect vacation. A close short walk to the beach. 5 stars does not do it justice

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property. The whole experience was wonderful. For cooking, there were quality appliances, and plenty of cookware options. The host thought of everything and was very responsive. There was a hiccup with our door code not working when we first arrived but she sorted it out very quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Awesome!!!

Highly recommend staying at the Amie house. The home was perfect in many ways. One of the Best features is the mosquito spray system. We never saw one bug while on the property. Home was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated.
