Diese Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern fĂŒr 8 Personen wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Alles ist brandneu und wunderschön dekoriert!

Blissful Bay ist eine von zwei Wohneinheiten im 2. Stock und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine offene KĂŒche, einen Ess- und einen Wohnbereich. Das Haus ist komplett mit brandneuen GerĂ€ten ausgestattet, darunter ein GeschirrspĂŒler sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vor Ort. Es gibt viele Orte, an denen Sie sitzen und Kontakte knĂŒpfen oder einfach nur entspannen können. Essen Sie am Esstisch oder in der KĂŒcheninsel-Bar. Das beruhigende Hauptschlafzimmer beherbergt ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und einen gerĂ€umigen Kleiderschrank mit viel Platz fĂŒr Ihre neuesten Urlaubsfunde. Das dritte Schlafzimmer oder "Schlafraum" hat ein Etagenbett mit einer spektakulĂ€ren ScheunentĂŒr. Wenn Sie zusĂ€tzlichen Platz fĂŒr GĂ€ste suchen, bietet die Wohnzimmercouch einen zusĂ€tzlichen ausziehbaren Queensize-Bereich. Sowohl die Koje als auch das 2. Schlafzimmer haben Blick auf das Wasser aus den Fenstern des Schlafzimmers.

Dieser luxuriöse Raum befindet sich im 2. Stock eines GebĂ€udes an der Bucht und beherbergt 5 private Einheiten, von denen jede ĂŒber einen eigenen direkten Eingang verfĂŒgt. Die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön angelegt und das GebĂ€ude teilt sich einen wunderschönen beheizten Pool im Resort-Stil mit vielen StĂŒhlen, Tischen und LiegestĂŒhlen, um einen entspannten Tag am Pool zu verbringen. WĂ€hrend Sie dort sind, mixen Sie GetrĂ€nke in der Cabana oder grillen Sie frisch gefangenen Fisch vom Rod & Reel Pier, der nur eine Radtour entfernt ist! Vor dem GebĂ€ude befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eine öffentliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Tampa Bay, Skyway Bridge und AMI Pier. Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!!

Nice simple vacation

We enjoyed it very much. Spacious kitchen - living room area, renovated shower (master) and well equipped. Pool area clean and organized, grill functioning well. Things to improve: master bed very old mattress and box makes loud noise. Some of the dishes not perfectly clean.-

Perfect Location

Great communication with property management. Excellent location (right across the street from the City Pier with a little beach, right by Pine Ave shops and restaurants, once you park you can walk to pretty much everything on the north side of the island! Even though other people were staying at the property we had time to ourselves in the pool area every day (but there is enough space and chairs to share the space even if we were all out there at the same time). Our only complaint is that the mattresses were so noisy, any little movement would make a loud sound and wake up anyone else in the room with you. Hopefully that can be remedied by the property owners because then the unit would be perfect. We did have a great time - Thank you!

Absolutely perfect family rental

We recently enjoyed a week at this newly remodeled spacious condo directly across from the beach. The unit had 3 bedrooms and more than enough living space for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. Upon arrival we found the unit to be impeccably clean. Kitchen has all the utensils you will need. Bedding is very comfortable as is the furniture in the living room. The grounds are kept very nice. The pool and patio are excellent with plenty of patio furniture and 2 gas grills. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on AMI! The owners were both gracious and very responsive to any questions or requests. It was clear that they take great pride in their property and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Added benefits: this condo is directly across the street from our favorite AMI restaurant (Waterfront) as well as the AMI City pier. If you want to enjoy the gulf side of the island vs the bay side, it's a 2 min drive or less than 10 min walk to the other side. We can't wait to book out next visit to Blissful Bay on AMI.

Very Good option for Anna Maria

Good Points: Location (Tampa Bay side of the island)....sunrise, not sunset views) Location.....very close to many of the island's restaurants and shopping Brand newly remodeled. Very very clean and well appointed. Less Good Points: Construction Noise (a lot) while we were there. No communication with owner Inconvienent entry point to condo (must walk around building). Not a big deal, but not ideal either. Very few windows. No water views. Stairs. Not handicapped or elderly accessible. I have been visiting Anna Maria for over 30 years. This property is in a good location and is a fair value. If you are looking for a nice clean property with easy access to the what the island has to offer, this would be a good choice. If you are looking for a location on the gulf beach and want to enjoy beautiful vistas from the property, you may want to look elsewhere. Bottom line, if you are going to be out of the property most of the time, this is a good option. If you plan on being in the condo and want nice views, there are better options (although it probably is one of the newest remodels and cleaner properties on the island)

Not recommended

This property is managed by a property management with multiple properties on Anna Maria. I noticed before booking that cleaning fees including a gratuitous “linen fee” and “resort fee” despite this being essentially an apartment in a quad plex. These fees more than double the nightly rate. Before arrival I had my phone blown up with multiple phone calls, texts, and no fewer than a dozen emails stipulating all the rules of the property which weren’t outlined upon booking through VRBO, such as the imposition of pet weight limits. This may be detrimental to a traveler who has a pet over 50 lbs and is ineligible for a refund after booking through the app. Overall, the check-in process was super overwrought, and I was called ahead of time to tell me that there would be no early check-in or late check-out. (Keep in mind, checkout is an unusual time of 10:00am with no option to extend to 11). When checking in, the electronic door code did not work and I had to stand in the heat on hold with the customer service line to get someone to fix it. They promised to reset the door code but nobody ever came. The eye watering cleaning fees do not preclude the hosts from asking guests to do chores such as dishes and take trash out during their stay. Upon arrival I noticed the exterior areas were quite dirty with visible grime and stains on the outside banisters, stairways, and gates. There are incredibly irritating alarms on each exterior door, which I am told is due to city ordinance for pool safety, despite there being no alarm on the main gate to the pool. The inside of the apartment was clean, however there was a large window busted out and boarded up in my suite that had not been repaired - they just closed the blinds over it. Towels and cooking implements are provided but guests must bring their own toiletries, shampoo, olive oil, filtered water, etc. This VRBO is not like a typical one where these are supplied
 it’s cheaper and more inhospitable. I was tickled to find a sign in the apartment stating that only one roll of toilet paper would be provided during our stay and beyond that we would have to go to the store and buy our own. Even the salt and pepper shakers were emptied out. This just seems penny wise/pound foolish. I think “AMI Locals” might be a better option for lodging if they offered a more hospitable experience. Overall the only winning factor was the location. Next time I will pick a different place to stay on Anna Maria.

Great but
..

The property overall is as described. The location is convenient and the actual unit is pretty spacious. The biggest problem for us was we were a party of seven and it is advertised as sleeping eight people. The sleeper sofa is included in the eight people and we needed to utilize that to accommodate our group. The mattress on the sleeper sofa is horribly thin and very uncomfortable. You could literally feel each bar through it. We contacted management the very next day after arrival and they said they would send somebody, which they did, and he’d told us they’d find a solution. And, through communications via text, I was told something would be done about it. I kept asking and was ignored about it. It could’ve been solved simply by getting us a replacement mattress or an air mattress. Nothing was done! And we paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay at a place that was supposedly able to sleep eight and did not even sleep seven comfortably! The last of the rant is that they give you two dishwashing tabs. We didn’t realize that we only had two until the last day when we were being considerate and were going to run the dishwasher and empty it when they told us that they only supply two. So pound wise -penny foolish. We had to leave a dishwasher full of dirty dishes for their over wrought cleaners to deal with. Just dumb.

AMI locals were very Easy to work with. Great location and had no issues during our stay here
