Tolle Lage!!

Das gemĂŒtlich eingerichtete Haus hat eine super Lage im Norden von Anna Maria Island, ein Katzensprung zum Meer, traumhaften Strand und Restaurants sehr nah, trotzdem schön ruhig. Im Haus macht auch der Pool, Tischtennisplatte und Billiardtisch viel Spaß.Alles war sehr gut von Anfang bis Ende organisiert und kommuniziert, hat super geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr gut dort erholt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das einzige, was zum fĂŒnften Stern fehlt ist, dass eines der beiden Zimmer mit Bad so gebaut ist, dass das Bad inkl Toilette vom Raum abgehend ohne TĂŒr ist, d h eine abgetrennte Toilette mit TĂŒr gibt es somit nur einmal im Haus. Das wĂŒrde uns nicht abhalten, das Haus wieder anzumieten, war aber ungewöhnlich.

Spring vacation

We brought our sons back to decked out at their request and it didn’t disappoint the second time around! We enjoyed some relaxing days at home in the pool and reading on the deck, and ventured about in our golf cart and the trolley for some epic beach days! We love AMI, and this property made our week perfect! Thank you, we’ll be back!

Great Vacation!

We had a great time staying at this rental for a quick getaway during our children’s spring break. The house was clean, very conveniently located and had all the amenities we needed. We were a short walk to shops, the Pier, 2 beach areas, and restaurants. My kids loved the pool! The backyard got sun all day, whether it was the top deck off the kitchen for morning coffee, or poolside in the late morning through the afternoon. There is a game-room in the garage area with a tv, ping-pong and pool table. The beds were super comfortable too! A perfect house for a family of 4. We loved it!

Two weeks of bliss

This was an exceptional property, combining elegance and comfort in equal and generous measure. The garden, swimming pool, games room, barbecue and house are all well equipped and immaculately maintained. The location suited our needs. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, with good restaurants, shops and other facilities also close by. For those who love high tech, the house offers it in abundance. We aim to return and have no hesitation in recommending this as a great holiday rental.

Perfect Location

You can’t beat the location of this house! The house itself was overall great with a few minor things. The kitchen and master bathroom counters were not very clean. Also, the main thing we found odd was there is no bathroom door in the master bedroom. If you were newlyweds or dating this would probably be uncomfortable!

The home is beautiful, very well furnished, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, plenty of space for four people, location is amazing right by the ocean, plenty of room on the couch for movies in the evening, very nice sitting spaces for the front and back porches. I love how excess able the pier is to walk to in the mornings.I don't enjoy being negative on reviews, but there were a few things that need TLC. When we came in the toilets were not properly cleaned for we found hairs in each bathroom. The counter tops in the kitchen were dirty as well as the pool.(which they did end up showing up to clean) The shower knob is backwards in the master bedroom. The hot pours out cold water and cold pours out hot water. I say all this, but it wasn't filthy, just needed a bit extra cleaning is all. These are minor things that can be worked through. It was clean for the most part and a gorgeous place to stay so don't let that stop you from booking here.We had a wonderful time.I would return again.

Perfect in everyway

This house is perfect and the Host was perfect. Everything worked. The decor was beautiful. The pool setting is fabulous. You can stumble to dinner or breakfast or lunch or the General store. Beautiful gulf beach a few blocks away. Bay beach is a stone’s throw. Quiet neighborhood. Truly could not ask for a better vacation home.

Great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay so much at AMI and our accommodations were incredible. The four of us slept and lived very comfortably for the week and we were able to make full use of the kitchen and grill and backyard oasis with pool and game room (which cuts the costs of eating out every night even though there are some great restaurants too!) We hope to go back soon and would definitely love to stay at ‘decked out’ again!

Great stay!

Amazing place with a great location. The downstairs game room was so fun. We had a blast! Only minor thing to mention is the alarm system. It’s a screeching sound if triggered so press the button! But otherwise, had everything we needed. Kitchen had tons of cooking stuff- just bring some spices! Love AMI and will def book the house again.

Our experience at decked out was such a great time! We were a very short walk from the city pier and a 10 minute walk from the beach. We were one block over from the shops, and popular food spots so that was very convenient. The house was equipped with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to beach gear! I highly booking decked out for your vacation rental!

Everything you could need in a beach house!

Our stay at “Decked Out” was excellent. The property was cleaned and well maintained. The Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances/dishes that you could need. The pool is well maintained and there is a ton of outdoor lounging space. They also have everything you need to go to the beach including beach chairs. Great location as well. Just a short walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants.

Great house!

Given everything that happened the week before our visit (Hurricane Ian), we were pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the property, as well as communication from the rental team. While it was a bit of a walk to get to the main drag and the beach, we had a great time and hope to come back again.

Relaxing and great location

My husband and I just returned from a great trip and our first time to AMI. We loved everything about the house and the area. It was very quiet and within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, pizza and the beach. We thought about getting a golf cart but we just drove as this time of year, parking was easy. Got to watch the sunsets and we saw dolphins playing every day. The house has everything you need. We did buy a new umbrella and left it for others to enjoy as most were broken, no biggie. The pool was perfect and the outdoor space was great! If you book this, you will not regret it.

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location of the house! We were steps from the pier and my husband and daughter enjoyed fishing every morning and evening. The beach is probably a 6-8 minute walk and not bad at all. We used our golf cart to get around the whole the time. We never waited more than 10 minutes to eat at the places we chose. The house was the perfect size for us and was nicely decorated. I do think they needed to fix and tighten certain things in the house but to us we didn’t really care about that. The pool at the house was great. We have a 3 month old and it was nice to have that when we were u able to go to the beach or had to come back to the house early due to nap times etc.. overall our experience was wonderful!!!

We had a great time at this home! The location was amazing. Easy walk or cart ride to the beach and restaurants. The pool was fantastic and very private with tons of palm trees. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, highly recommended!
