Location, location, location! This is it! Though not directly on the beach it is super close with a cute view from the front deck. The access to the beach is right there and many restaurants are walkable, including Pine Ave. The house was well suited for our needs. We had 4 adults & 5 children. They absolutely loved the pool and spa, which was well heated and felt amazing. It is covered so it was a nice break from that southern FL sun . The kids enjoyed the basketball goal(bring own ball) and ping pong table; had games, lots of beach chairs, and plenty of towels, even a mini hoop to shoot on in the kids room. It is not a fancy house but comfortable and cozy which is good for having kids around. Our kids are 13, 13, 9, 8, and 3 so the set up worked well as the girls took the lower level with their own bedrooms, one bathroom to share, and a kitchen and living space (they didnât use but older kids might). The kids room upstairs had 4 bunks which was perfect for the boys. There was a shared deck off the masters and one off the main kitchen/living area, which is where you could get a little view of that beautiful ocean! The front deck had great afternoon sun while the deck off the master bedrooms provided a break from the sun. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner out so didnât cook any large meals. Overall, for the price, you cannot get a better location. The pics are accurate for what to expect. God bless you. Jesus loves you. Enjoy!
