Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Perfekt fĂŒr 2-4 Leute. Besonders positiv war der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Agentur, die sich um wirklich alles gekĂŒmmert hat. Wer einen entspannten sorglosen Urlaub möchte, ist bei Anna Maria Life genau richtig.

Lovely property, plenty of space. We had two adults, 5 teens and a small dog, and there was plenty of room. Indoor living space is all on the 2nd and 3rd level, which was fine for us but just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We chose this property for the boat dock, as we planned mostly to be fishing. It has easy access to open water via Bimini Bay, no bridges to navigate under, and the channel is plenty deep enough, even at low tide.

Paradise

Surreal Soulshine! We had the pleasure of staying at Soulshine for the month of February. This was our first time coming to AMI and won’t be our last. Everything from booking to check in was flawless. The location was perfect, a short walk to the gulf, bay, shopping and dining. The house was well appointed with everything we needed to make this house a home. The views from every deck were fabulous and the outdoor entertainment area was a bonus. Can’t wait to return to our new found paradise!

A nice visit

Given the last review on this property I was worried about security, there isn’t a lock on the back garden gates but actually this wasn’t a problem for us and the house had locks on all the doors and we didn’t have any issues with any security issues it was completely fine. We felt safe in the neighbourhood, it was a lovely pleasant stay. Location is amazing and perfect and the house is a lovely size for a family and does have everything you need for your stay, I just felt the photos made it look a little more modern than it actually is. The house is quite old and tired in our opinion but that’s just down to our personal taste, we still had a lovely time. The one thing I would say if the bbq was gross, that needs to get professionally cleaned after each booking and it wasn’t. We had a great time on AMI and a few tips, get the golf cart while your there as one it great fun and the kids loved it and also everyone is whizzing around on them so it’s easier to get around and enjoy the breeze. Two get out early for dinner, if you try and go out about 7pm then some restaurants your looking at a 3 hour wait which we found out specially on weekends, it gets super busy. We made it out at 6pm most nights and we got tables straight away. Finally two scoops for ice creams are amazing and prices are so good, probably on the only thing on the island that is cheap. All in all we had a lovely lovely trip and was happy with everything, we will be back

ROBBED-No Security Protection

With nothing out of place AND seemingly an inside job
Someone targeted and robbed our cash money out of closet 
 $2113 CASH from a wallet and purse placed back looking untouched but left 1’s and 5’s in both. AMI reached out to owner and both refuse to compensate in any way basically questioning my ethics to truth of it happening. This is an expensive home to rent even in off season and has NO SECURITY CAMERAS LEADING TO 2 UNLOCKED POOL GATES NO SECURITY ALARM NO SAFE TO PUT VALUABLES IN AND AN ADVERTISING SIGN IN FRONT YARD TO SHOW IT IS A RENTAL Will not rent from AMI again and the owner clearly needs the money more then his/her guest do! TERRIBLE

Beware of extra fees tacked onto the price

Don't be fooled by the nightly rate. VRBO and AMI LOCALS both charge extra fees, beyond the nightly rate. My rental ended up costing quite a bit more than the advertised rate. Almost 50% more. As for the rental itself, it was lovely, and the kids had fun. My only complaints were that the cabinet holding the garbage pail was broken and fell out when pulled open; the annoying pool alarm makes using the downstairs pool door by the foosball table inoperable; the old microwave is on its last leg and the light inside flickers when it's being used; and the grill had no propane in it.

Paradise!

Amazing house!!!!

The pictures do not do this home justice! It is absolutely beautiful. Everything and more you can ask for in a vacation home! The kitchen was set up just like mine at hone so navigating it was easy. The pool was so nice to dip into after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower helped with all the saltwater stickiness. Very nicely arranged rooms and comfy. The management office was very nice and always there to help! Thank you so much for a wonderful two weeks!

Soulshine and sunshine...nothing better!

Absolutely perfect! The home and decor were so well thought out that nothing was missed! The house in a fantastic location, short walk to the beaches and restaurants. The views are beautiful from every deck and from the dock. We loved watching the boats go by and especially loved the dolphins and the manatees! The pool area, tiki hut and outdoor living space is amazing also. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Wonderful canal front home

The home is in a great location and was perfect for our family of 7. Everything has just been redone and the house was very clean. The pool was great and kept at a very comfortable temperature. The dock and canal were perfect and allowed us to rent a boat for the week. We really had a great time.

Good for the Soul!!!

This property was absolutely perfect! The view from every balcony was amazing! The location was fantastic. We rented a golf cart to travel to and from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard/pool area was private! The furniture was sturdy and clean! Overall this is by far the nicest property we have rented in the last 8 years! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your island oasis, “soulshine!”

Dream House

The location of this home is unbeatable. The backyard was our own private oasis. Plenty of space and seating. The pool was so relaxing. The boys were able fish off the dock and we had a manatee visit us one morning. We rented kayaks and explored the waterways. The home is a short golf cart drive, or walk to the beach, Pine street with shops and dining, City Pier and Rod and Reel Pier. The home was spacious, clean and had everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The morning sunrise views from our balcony were unforgettable. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home and great location

Loved this home! The view is spectacular (on the canal) and has a gorgeous backyard set up with pool. Home is completely updated (very nice appliances) and the beds are comfortable (which is hard to find). Home has 3 AC units so the house was nice and cool (great for sleeping)! We rented bikes from Beach Bums and biked everywhere including to the beach. The location is perfect if you like the north side of the island. Only complaint is that the linens, quilts and towels could be more thoroughly washed and treated for stains. No one likes to sleep in a bed with stains on the quilts and linens or use a stained towel. Overall, it was the best property we've rented on AMI (this was our 4th stay on the island) and we would rent this property again!

Wonderful stay at Camp Tarpon

We absolutely LOVED staying at the property. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrive because the entire house had been completely renovated including new kitchen and appliances. They need to update the listing with new pictures of the renovated house. We enjoyed the pool and using the new kitchen. The location of the house was extremely walkable to pine ave and other great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place to Stay

The property is on the best part of the island. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and for boaters, the access to deep water was close and easy to navigate. There were just a couple of things I would have liked to be different. The AC has limits as to how cool you can turn it down in the evening. I understand why this is done, but would have liked a degree or two cooler, but it was still comfortable. The other would be the dock. While it had water, power, and a fish cleaning station it was small, we have a 21 ft boat and I wouldn't want any bigger for this dock. The boat lift seen in the picture is not for renters use. Finally, management was outstanding both before our arrival and during our stay. Any questions or issues were immediately addressed. The only reason we gave 4 out of 5 stars for the check in process was because we actually had to go to their office to check in, along with everyone else at check in time. It would have been convenient to have been texted the entry code when the property was ready, but not a huge deal. We had an amazing vacation at this property and would not hesitate to return.
