Check-in was smooth. The man operating the breakfast station was super friendly and helpful - even with the kids. The room was clean and had a mini fridge, coffee maker AND a microwave. Only downside was that there were no available kids programming available on the TV (Nick, Nick Jr, and Disney were not included)

The room is run down and could use some better cleaning The wallpaper is peeling off The chairs in the lobby are run down and need to be replaced The tv didn’t work so I called the front desk they said they would come fix it they never came so I called in the morning and now we have to wait until 8 am to see if anyone will come to fix it The staff is friendly Check in was a breeze

Checked in late at night and was very tired. After reaching the room along with all the luggage, found the bathroom was not clean. It had hair on the floor - possibly from a pet who stayed in the room previously. On the floor in one room there were a couple of dogs that were barking. Overall the stay was not satisfactory. Could not change the room at night because we were very tired.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless. Location was relatively easy to get to. My only “ding” is that the bed linens seemed to be made with non breathable fibers so even with the room temperature turned way down, the top sheets were way too warm. Otherwise, it was a good stay for us.
