Great location, very cozy and comfortable little spot near the USNA. Excellent communication, very clean, and easy check in process. The road is a bit noisy at night so plan for white noise options. The owner provides ear plugs for super light sleepers- but we slept fine with white noise on our iPhones. Great access to Uber/Lyft so if you can avoid bringing a vehicle - it makes life easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location

Don was wonderful in every way. He was attentive and helpful and checked-in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. He was communicative and friendly and very accommodating. The apartment itself is thoughtful and tasteful and beautifully finished, with every luxury and comfort. 10/10.

Great Location!

We had a great time. Accommodation was centrally located to all of our planned activities at the Naval Academy and downtown. Clean, nicely furnished. Parking was not the challenge we anticipated. We really enjoyed staying here.

Stay was geat. Don was very accomodating and followed up throught our visit. Home was as depicted. Very clean, organized, and in the heart of Annapolis within walking distance of most attractions and shops. We rented a car and parking was a challenge but figured out parking garages and street parking options. Plan accordingly.

Cozy and well Equipped

My sister and I stayed while attending an event at the US Naval Academy. It was a quick, pleasant walk back and forth and always refreshing to come "home" and spend some quiet relaxing time together after a day out in town. Like a mini refuge!

What a wonderful property in the heart of historic Annapolis! It’s well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The location is a very short walking distance to the USNA and all of downtown. Our communication with the Host was great! Check-in and Out very easy. We look forward to staying here again!

We just stayed here for our annual girl's weekend and it was just what we needed. There is a parking garage close by that is free on the weekends. You can easily walk to great restaurants, bars and shopping. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for drinks and food. The only drawback was street noise at night. If you're a light sleeper, it may keep you up. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo is absolutely beautiful & the location was perfect for our daughter’s wedding at the naval academy chapel. We loved this unit. It has everything you need including a full kitchen & was walkable to everything. Check in was very easy & convenient. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Annapolis!

Beautiful little Annapolis getaway

Came to Annapolis for a girls weekend and loved our stay at Don’s beautiful Annapolis home. Everything was easy to navigate for check-in, the guest book had lots of great recommendations, and we were able to relax with no issues! This home has been beautifully updated and very comfortable for up to 6 people! Highly recommend for couples or friends looking to get away for the weekend. Would caution families with small children, as it is situated on a noisy street corner but would recommend to everyone else! We happened to be there during Commissioning Week, which may have contributed to increased noise at night in the home, but it wasn’t very intrusive or took away from our weekend. Thank you, Don, for a comfortable and beautiful home to stay in!

Perfect spot for what we needed

This was a perfect place for us to spend the weekend. We walked everywhere we needed to. Everything was a 10 minute walk. The apartment was clean and well maintained. No complaints at all about the unit. The only negative was that it is on a somewhat busy road and we could hear the cars. I recommend this property.

Everything was great!

The location was great for walking to most restaurants and shops we enjoy. The college across the street was the perfect spot for walking the dog. The home was clean and nicely decorated with lots of natural light. Great little kitchen with everything you need. Comfy beds and bedding.
