Absolutely amazing spot! We could walk to so many things and not worry about parking. My in-laws came, young 70s, and they did great. The basement was perfect for the young kids to play in. Only small note is to watch your step! There are a few areas that almost got us going into the living room and up the stairs!

We had a truly wonderful weekend getaway with our family of five at this exceptional home in the heart of Annapolis. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, conveniently situated within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.The house itself checked all the boxes and then some. Each room was thoughtfully appointed, the beds and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The central A/C kept us cool and comfortable despite the summer heat, and parking was hassle-free, something we greatly appreciated.The hosting team was outstanding: responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. We’ve experienced a range of accommodations in Annapolis
from hotels and B&Bs to private residences
and this home has easily been the best fit for our family. Without a doubt, we would stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place was a perfect location to downtown Annapolis. The only funky part was the parking, but Annapolis is historically draconian when it comes to parking so they have to work within the insane rules they have here. The permit to park in the gravel lot right around the corner was a mild to no inconvenience. Itrip runs the property for the owner and their communication and customer service was exemplary. They answer all calls and all texts even on the weekend! They provided paper products and toiletries to make transition into the pace seamless. The other funky part was garbage day. We landed our trip within a Monday garbage day, so big thing is to remember to put it out the night before after 6pm and make sure when you get it off the curb to re put it in the backyard, the recycling bin matches the number of the place. Specifically 25 on the bin, I accidentally grabbed the neighbors. We exchanged them back and it was no harm no foul. Really nice people on both sides of the place. Overall, this place is perfect for you and a spouse or a family like ours! Very comfortable, clean, and comes equip with all the amenities that you could need to open the door and settle in. And coupled with the location? Place is top notch for the area. Itrip’s communication and management of the place renders this place as a 5 star rating in my book. If we do end up coming back, I hope we can stay here again!

A Wonderful Cozy Getaway

Naptown Nook was a wonderful, clean and cozy getaway. We came into town for my husband’s 45th class reunion from the Naval Academy. There were also my husband’s two friends/classmates and 1 spouse that stayed there as well. Enough room for us all! It was so great to catch up and visit with them in such a warm and cozy home. Would definitely stay there again!

Naptown Nook

The place was a perfect location to downtown Annapolis, beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful stay with long time friends. The only reason it is not a five star is that it listed on the property info that there were two parking passes. That was not the case. There was only one and we had 2 cars. We had to park our cars in lots in downtown, rather than the streets because it was parking with a residential pass only, and pay for the parking in the commercial lots. One of us was able to use the pass, the other incurred $60 in parking fees for two days. I was not able to get this resolved with the VRBO people.

Fabulous home and the perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were so comfortable in this lovely home. We had a wonderful family reunion. We could walk to great restaurants of which there were so many. And we enjoyed the many boat cruises. We will definitely stay here again.

Best Location in Town

We had three couples staying in the townhouse. We were able to walk downtown and to the stadium with ease. The townhouse had plenty of room for the six of us along with a full bathroom for each couple. The location was perfect for shopping, eating and entertainment.

Stay at Naptown Nook

Place was nicely layed out and very clean. Check-in was easy. Only complaint was the Glade plug in smell was too strong, especially for friend with sensitivity to perfumes, found it and unpluged. Beds were very comfortable and street was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
