Shared spaces cluttered with personal property

I’ve noticed a decline in the property since we started staying there a few years ago. There is a lot more personal property sitting outside the longer-term residents’ doors — lots of bikes, strollers and assorted equipment hidden under stairways and next to doors. Garbage bags outside doors. It didn’t feel clean in the shared spaces. Breakfast was nice as always with a number of options. The front desk attendant during the day was friendly and helpful. I would stay again as the room was clean — just a noticeable difference in the maintenance and care of community spaces.

I wish we discovered this place 3 years ago. We have been coming in Us Naval Academy for the past 3 years and if I have found this place earlier, we would stayed in this hotel. My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. We will definitely consider this hotel again in our future visit in Annapolis.

Great location only 3 miles from downtown with all the attractions, also located a drivable distance to other attractions around Annapolis. As clean as a top motel would be, amenities worked, basketball court needs a little tending a gate/net and new rim would have been nice, but doable for the price.
