My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Westin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. I do wish the seating was a bit more comfortable. I would highly recommend The Westin.

Very Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. It was my second time staying here, and I wanted to visit again to spend more time sightseeing in the Annapolis area. The hotel is conveniently located in Historic Downtown Annapolis. The room was nice and clean. We received room service every day, which we were not expecting. Our only complaint is that the AC did not seem to work well all the time, and the system itself made noise occasionally. The hotel had great amenities, including valet service. We didn't spend much time in the hotel other than our room. I do recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

I enjoyed the updated lobby and the USBC chargers built in the room was very nice. Room was very humid. I also had to tell the front desk about the toilet paper dispenser falling off the wall, they attempted once, but I had to request a second time for it to be fixed due to the toilet paper going on the floor. All in all, it was a good hotel. I would absolutely recommend.

Basic hotel 4 stars, does not have upscale rooms. Left a day early as my next day flight was canceled and the hotel refused to credit me the night I missed. Very unfriendly staff.
