The location of the hotel is very good. Staff are only 2 perssons who are everything receptionists, managers and may be owners. They does know any english word. They hardly understand me after translating every thing I want into Turkish by a telephone. The room I stayed in was very narrow not as described by expedia. The staff were very tough with me and refused replacing it.

It’s an amazing new Turkish hotel in the middle of downtown area close to the mall and great coffee places. Staff are very proactive to your wishes. The rooms were kept clean daily and the owner was kind enough to extend the departure time

Konum açısından tercih ettim single oda da kaldım lakin sese biraz duyarlı iseniz bir adet pencere var klima boşluğu gibi dar alanın gece klima sesleri duyuyorsunuz oda giriş katta olduğundan ortak wc hemen yan kapınızda sabah insanların giriş çıkış kapıyı çarpma sesleri sohbetleri duyuluyor özel tuvalette de ihtiyaca uygun şeyler vardı lakin kokusundan duş bile almak istemedim çarşafta birkaç lekeler mevcuttu duvarlarda biraz rutubet oluşmuştu yani ne çok iyi ne çok kötü

Konaklamam boyunca her detayın titizlikle düşünüldüğü, gerçekten olağanüstü bir deneyim yaşadım. Otele adım attığım ilk andan itibaren profesyonellik ve samimiyetin mükemmel bir dengesi vardı. Özellikle erken giriş konusunda gösterdikleri anlayış ve destek için Atilla Bey, Ruhi Bey ve Mümtaz Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Ankara’dan geldiğim için bu jest benim için çok kıymetliydi. Konaklama süresince kendimi sadece bir misafir gibi değil, adeta evimde gibi hissettim. Güvenli, huzurlu ve konforlu bir ortam sunmaları gerçekten fark yaratan bir detaydı.
