Von vier gebuchten Nächten (vier Personen), wurden an jeweils zwei Tagen die Zimmer nicht (!) gereinigt, keine Betten gemacht, keine Badreinigung nichts. Und dies trotz nochmaliger Bitte nachmittags gegen 16:00 Uhr und der Zusage das man sich kümmern würde. Das Frühstück war nicht wie üblich als Buffet, sondern es gab lediglich pro Person einen vorbereiteter Teller .. egal ob man das dann mochte oder nicht) und war dementsprechend traurig. Dies alles angeblich deswegen weil das Hotel quasi bereits fast im Winterschlaf wäre und nur noch wenige Zimmer "offen" für Gäste. Wir hatten daher insgesamt an vier Tagen nur 2x Frühstück dort(wir gingen dann lieber extern frühstücken) und eines davon mussten wir dann auch noch separat bezahlen (für den Anreisetag, da dieses in deren Rechnung ja schließlich nicht enthalten gewesen sei) was zudem dann mit € 5,- Euro auch noch völlig überteuert abgerechnet wurde. Vom gesamten Personal, war ledifglich der Herr der Nachts dort Dienst tat super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten. Die anderen wenigen Mitarbeiter der fast nicht vorhandenen Mannschaft leider in puncto Kompetenz & Hilfebereitschaft ein Totalausfall. Am Tag vor der Abreise hätte man dann auch noch "gerne eine cash-Zahlung von uns gesehen" und wollte dann nachdem wir dies verneinten, eine Abrechnung per Kreditkarte mit TL zum jetzigen Kurs anstatt des Eurobetrages bei Buchung. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und wir werden definitiv nicht wieder dorthin.

Sie kamen morgens um 7/30 im Hotel an, checken normal ein, obwohl unsere Geschäftszeit 14:00 Uhr ist, haben wir Sie zu Ihren Zimmern gebracht, indem wir die Zimmer für die frühen Morgenstunden fertig gemacht haben. Ja, unser Frühstücksservice wird angeboten als a la carte müssen Sie wissen, dass wir aufgrund der Pandemie kein Buffet öffnen können, es wird nicht angeboten. Rezeption sibel

Personal unfreundlich und unfähig

Pros: ruhige Lage in der historischen Altstadt, reichhaltige Zimmeraustattung

Location: durch die zentrale Lage kann man die Innenstadt und die historische Altstadt gut erkunden
Bei Ankunft konnte meine Buchung nicht gefunden werden, weil in deren Buch nur Chaos herrscht. Der Herr von der Rezeption lief fröhlich vorne weg, und ich durfte den 20kg Koffer alleine in den 2 Stock hieven. Im Zimmer angekommen gabs keine Erklärung zB. zu den Fernbedienungen. Zimmer zwar reichlich ausgestattet, aber marode Elektrik. 2 Lampen gingen gar nicht und 1 Steckdose fiel mir gleich entgegen.
