## Space

This 35 m² one-bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished and fully equipped.
It comprises an entrance hall and living room with a large television and sofa bed.
The kitchen area is fully equipped and will enable you to prepare tasty dishes during your stay in Antibes, by the sea.
The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. The toilet is in a separate room off the bathroom.
The 8m² bedroom has a double bed and storage space.
Finally, you can dine both indoors and outdoors on the 7m² balcony, which has a table and 4 chairs that you can easily fit into the living area, with a magnificent view of the sea, Salis beach, the old town and Cap d'Antibes.

## Neighborhood

The T2 apartment is located in a quiet, ideally situated neighbourhood. You can relax on the Salis beach at the foot of the residence, with its white sand, the little port, the old town on the left and the Cap d'Antibes on the right.
All local shops and amenities (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, etc.) are just 400 metres away in the direction of Antibes, with restaurants all along the way.
Old Antibes, the Provencal market, the shops and restaurants of the old town are a 15-minute walk away via a promenade running alongside the sea.
This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities to make your stay and visits easier.

## Transit

You can easily spend your stay in Antibes on foot and using the bus routes, but a car is recommended if you want to get away from Antibes.

Great location for taking day trips

We took day trips from Antibes to St. Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Menton and Monaco. Antibes old town probably the best on the Riviera. You can see it from the balcony and only a 10-12 minute walk away. Sand beach across the street with 4 food & beverage huts.

Séjour 3 nuits mi-novembre

Bel emplacement au calme à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Vue magnifique. Quelques traces dans les recoins du carrelage expliquent la perte d'une étoile en Propreté.Pour le reste, rien à redire. Merci à Véronique pour son acceuil et sa disponibilité. Juste un petit bémol pour l'étroitesse de la chambre et le lit un peu bas à notre goût. Un petit marchepied pour accéder aux placard du haut serait un plus.
