In a secure and modern residence with a "Greek village" style, you will appreciate the calm and the modernity of this apartment facing South-West with reversible air conditioning.
It is located on the ground floor of a building which has only one floor (only one apartment above very quiet) allowing you to enjoy a pleasant outdoor space of 80m ². You will be able to enjoy its magnificent view on the greenery of the French Riviera.
The apartment complies with BBC (Low Energy Building) standards and is accessible to PRM (People with Reduced Mobility).
Outside :
A garden of 80m²: equipped with a terrace in exotic wood (20m² including 10m² of loggia), a dining area on a terrace in pretty white pebbles (20m²) and a green space in synthetic grass of high quality (40m²). You will also find a small vegetable garden, garden furniture, 1 deckchair and 1 hammock to lounge or read a book, 1 deported parasol of 4x3m, 1 clothes line, 1 teak dining table and its 4 chairs, as well as a small additional table with 2 chairs. Ideal to take all these meals under the sun!
Inside :
- 1 large living room: equipped with a sofa bed with a real mattress of 140x200cm, a coffee table that can be lifted up, a desk if you want to work or write and an LG OLED 4K 65’ big screen TV. Internet access with fiber optic is included.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: with a bar / worktop for 4 seats, 3 induction hobs, 1 large fridge and 1 freezer, 1 fan oven, 1 dishwasher, lots of kitchen utensils (toaster , Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave)
- 1 bathroom: with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
- 1 bedroom of 13m² with a double bed of 160x200cm composed of a high quality mattress and topper. There is a window overlooking the terrace and the garden. A large dressing room will be at your disposal.
You can easily park in the outdoor car park within the residence, however a private and secure indoor space is possible. The residence has a large, teardrop-shaped outdoor swimming pool, usually open from May to September.
For your comfort, the apartment is non-smoking. Towels and sheets are provided but you can obviously bring your own.
You have the right to a private parking space in a common garage, protected and secured by camera, as well as several parking spaces outside, always in the residence.
