Great service, unfortunately due to day passes the amenities were too overcrowded, food is skittle overpriced- should allow other options and not restrict guest from bringing food. Aside from this, good staff, fast service, friendly.

Pedimos cambio de habitacion al llegar, porque nos instalaron en la ultima habitacion del hotel y era muy ruidosa por fuera. Esperaba mucho mas por lo que pagué en cuanto a calidad general. El agua tanto de la regadera como del lavamanos saliá demaciado caliente de pronto, intermimente entre helada y demaciado caliente. No nos pusieron agua embotellada, unicamente una filtro de agua ecologico en donde el agua sabe horrible. No lo volveré a tomar como opcion Decepcion completa.

Overall the hotel not only met the expectations but raised the bar, considering it’s a high season they accomplished to give us all the VIP benefits that come with the badge, however for some reason the room only included 1 breakfast even though the booking was for 2 people. Nonetheless that didn’t affect the hotel itself rating.
