Good hotel with great breakfasts

Really good breakfasts, good savoury and sweet options. Hotel in general was very clean, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Right next to the train station, so also very convenient.

Pleasant stay and exemplary service.

Five night stay in this lovely hotel. Reception was friendly and informative. Stayed in Rm 103 which was spacious, exceptionally clean and had good air-con. Bed was huge and very comfortable with three pillows of various sizes. Bathroom was clean, though discovered a leak from the ceiling above the toilet. We were promptly moved to Rm 101 and given a fruit platter. The reception staff were brilliant and showed concern about the incident. We were kept updated by notes left in our room as to reason of the leak which turned out to be an issue with the air-con unit. Thanks to the maintenance staff who successfully extracted my shaver charger in the bathroom which was jammed in the socket. The hotel is environmentally friendly. They had biodegradable dental kits and provided drink vouchers in lieu of our room being cleaned which we chose to do. Breakfast is amazing. Lots of sweet and savoury options to cater for, even sparkling wine! We opted for breakfast box to go on our last day which had a good range of fruits, ham and cheese sandwich and mix of savoury and sweet items. Finally, those with a sweet tooth, their complimentary wrapped jelly sweets at reception desk are constantly replenished. Had some to supplement my breakfast box.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even though I checked in close to midnight. I also really enjoyed the bar service—great atmosphere and attentive bartenders. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back!

Steps from Antwerp central rail station this property is modern and convenient if you’re coming by train. Also the Antwerp zoo is very close if you have little ones. It’s a bit of a hike to old city but overall great stay and will be back.
