Service by Brenda and Leuma was exceptional. Staff was veey friendly and accommodating. Tge rooms were great and clean, However rooms need bigger bath towels.
We arrived on a Sunday, understand everywhere in Samoa is closed however we couldnât even get food or water from the hotel, were advised to walk to a Chinese supermarket but no directions.
They did eventually advise Lava hotel may be open so we went there for dinner.
We were only allowed one person per room on the wifi. The room backed into stagnant water.
Positive was the hotel is walking distance to the market and the staff were friendly
The place and the room was clean well maintenance. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The food was very delicious and portions was seki. Our stay there was very good and safe. We had no issues or complains about anything. I myself will recommend to family and friends and ill definitely will be staying there for my next trip. Big faamalo to all the staff and the night security for keeping us safe and having the time for little chat.
Enjoyed the good breakfasts each morning.
Managed to get good sleep, queen bed was firm - had to adjust the air-conditioning to a bit of heating in the middle of the night.
No table-chair to sit at.
Otherwise comfortable and quiet for the most part.
The customer service was excellent/friendly - thank you.
Recently stayed at this property, booked a room for four nights. First room i was given had bad smell in it. On complaining i was offered another room, which did not had smell but no drinking water in the room while there were some coffee and tea there in the room. Only HOT water in bathroom not even warm water. Complained three times but did not get fixed. No TV in the room. Queen bed was made by joining two beds which means one cannot sleep in the middle of bed. Checked out a day earlier and went to another hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly though, that was only one good thing there.
