My stay was good. Although the hotel being remodeled. The staff was great. Breakfast good. Ned was comfortable. Room was clean, the carpet is dated. The elevator was dirty. But could be due to the remodel. Would stay again.

Very disappointing stay. The place was worn out and tired. The hallways and elevator were dirty and our room was nothing special. Bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning. We stayed two nights and never saw a housekeeper to tidy/freshen our room.

A few issues but I would stay here again

Nice front desk staff. Especially Jessica B. The motel is going through a remodel and changing to a Best Western Plus. We booked this motel months in advance but we were not told about this at the time of booking. We had to ask for toilet paper the next morning after arriving . The bathtub did not drain while a shower was being taken but did after getting out. This was reported but my spouse used a plunger and got the drain somewhat unclogged. He pulled lots of hair out. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Old, broken dirty, booked a handicap accessible room because I’m traveling with my 85 year-old father who doesn’t walk well reserved a handicapped accessible room the room they gave us no handicap. Accessibility didn’t even have one grab bar in the whole bathroom. Shower was very dangerous for my father fixtures. Broken carpet stained very badly unsafe with construction work going on outside of both entrances and exits heater didn’t work right air conditioner didn’t work right staff could care less would not recommend this hotel to anybody
