A remodeled 1-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor (of 3) in the main building. You will enjoy ocean views from the patio and be steps away from the central pool and hot tub, restaurant, and bar!

Seascape Beach Resort is in a great location overlooking Monterey Bay with 3 pools and hot tubs.

This is a privately-rented suite, so guests are not allowed use of golf cart rides (there is a moderate grade back up from the beach to the room), beach bonfire pits, room-number billing, or room-service (dine-in and take-out is still available at Sanderlings and several other restaurants across the street). In-room spa services and use of the sports club are available at additional costs. If you have any other questions about the private rentals, please ask before booking. The 3 pools and 3 hot tubs are available to all guests.

I do not provide linen service, but there are plenty of extra towels and sheets if needed.

Due to typically mild daytime temperatures and cool nighttime temperatures near the coast, this room (and most rooms at Seascape) have no air conditioning.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the rooms due to resort rules.

We had a really enjoyable stay and the ocean view from the living room is beautiful. The suite is ideally located in the main building close to pools and a short walk to the beach.. One can enjoy relaxing or dining on the very private balcony patio. The bedroom mattress is extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains are great for good sleep. Our host, Jim, was stellar and he has thoughtfully equipped this tastefully furnished unit with everything you will need including condiments, quality linens, and beach gear. The many varieties of coffee and snacks are an added touch! He is incredibly responsive to ensure that you enjoy your stay. . I highly recommend this first-class property. We will definitely be back.!

Seascape Resort never fails and this one bedroom was the perfect location for an escape weekend and running the wharf to wharf. Clean, comfortable and really cute set up. Jim, the owner, was quick to respond and great with communication.

Very comfortable and clean! Kitchen is stocked with coffee, popcorn and other items. There was a small snack bowl and very cozy blankets for cool evenings/mornings! Beach towels, chairs, water toys and a cooler were available to use. A nice tower fan in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the central pool, grounds, and ocean beyond the trees! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for going the extra mile to make this an enjoyable experience!

Our family of four had a fabulous time at Seascape. The unit was clean and had all the accommodations we could need. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the walks around the property and the views. The walk down to the ocean is one of our favorite things. We also appreciated that the balcony looks out over the ocean. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily go again.

Seascape Beach weekend getaway

We enjoyed a thoroughly wonderful weekend at this very clean and well-appointed ocean-view condo. The king size bed is super comfy and the bedding and towels are first class. The pool and hot tub are only a few yards away and the beach is just a short walk down from the building.The host, Jim, is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this rental, and will definitely return again!

Property is as advertised, very clean and the ocean view was great. Seascape is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the resort location with beach access was awesome! Our host Jim was great in communicating with us and even offered a later checkout. We will definitely come back.

Rio Del Mar Retreat

Had a wonderful four days at this well equipped and comfortable condo. The views of the resort, trees and ocean from the living room and outside patio were beautiful and relaxing after being out all day. The bedding and towels were first class and the closet full of beach amenities was amazing.Took some great walks along the cliffs and to the beach. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jim's place. He was transparent about the amenities, and I recommend bringing a wagon if you have a little one that you're taking to the beach. It was a short walk, the kitchen was well stocked and great for snacks. The view was outstanding and the bed was super comfortable! We loved our little vacation.

This place was as advertised and better! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Close to the main pool and hot tub. Onsite restaurant and bar. Everything was well thought out! From the super soft robes and towels to the hot chocolate, coffee and tea. All vey very nice. We would definitely come back. Absolutely loved it!

Everything we were wanting! Beautiful view, close to everything, comfortable & very clean! We will be coming back to this property again! We didn’t have any issues & Jim was communicative with me, letting me know should I need anything don’t hesitate contacting him. The Bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and bedding were high quality, unit had an over abundance of towels and everything you’d need for a stay at the beach!
