The location was amazing. Very close to pool and playground. The unit was very clean upon arrival. It was very spacious...seems to be one of the bigger units on the property. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and hard. We had trouble sleeping because of the discomfort. Also, the kitchen was not stocked with any spices, cooking oil, etc. There was only salt and pepper. We have stayed in many units at Seascape before and this one seemed to only provide the bare minimum. For the price, I expected more.

We had a great stay in the Premium Ocean Front Villa. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The communication was top notch and they even accommodated an early entry for our group. The one inconvenience was the pool/hot tub located outside the front door does not belong to this particular condo. You need to drive to the far North end pool. Everything else was fabulous but we will try to find a condo close to the pool/hot tub next time. Thank you!

My honorary sister and I were celebrating our sweet 60th birthdays with our spouses. We both have mobility issues. Being in this very clean, well-stocked, one story, lovely one story condo at Seascape Resort was perfect. We will be back.

What I liked about the unit is that is was spacious and had a great view. The beds were also comfy. There was plenty of seating as well. There were 5 of us in this unit and 3 in another. This unit was home base and served well for meals and just gathering, still without feeling like we were crowded. Would I stay there again, yes. I now know though that I would bring proper pans and other kitchen needs and cleaning supplies. It's a lacking a little in that department. Also, I think the cleaning crew needs some work. There was some type of oil in the drawer underneath the silverware drawer where the cooking utensils were stored. One of the toilets in the bathroom had a ring in the toilet bowl and there was dark matter of some kind on the back of the toilet seat. There was a long cob web in the living room hanging on the wall and the vacuum smelled bad when ran. Also, the fact that you have to go to the other side of the resort for a pool and a hot tub is kind an inconvenience when you can see a pool and hot tub from the front door of the unit. The property book in the house is outdated because it states that both north and south pools are available for use.

Great ocean views, quiet community: a great option for those who want privacy and relax from the bustle of the city. The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless. Plenty of parking space. The location was excellent. The property itself was very nice, comfortable bed and towels. Linens could be improved. Need to understand that you are not entitled to certain Seascape amenities when you rent thru another agency. The unit is updated and modern. The kitchen did not supply any basic items; salt, pepper, spices. And it could also use a baking dish and muffin pan.

Beautiful single floor unit, all appliances and furnishings were in great condition. Close to walking path, and lovely back patios. We loved this place, very spacious and comfortable, two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely sunsets.Things that could have been better:There were no mixing bowls in the kitchen.Coffee bar only had 4 packets of sugar.Dishwaser and washing machine pods need to be markedNo access to the pool unless you book direct with Seascape. There is another pool that can be used but it is on the other side of the property (10 minute walk or you can drive there). With all that said, we will be back!

Perfect get away with friends. Location is right by the walking path and view is to die for. Condo is clean and updated. Love that each room has its own bathroom and the beds are large and comfortable. The built in cabinets are also a plus. Will definitely be booking, again. Perfect spot!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 king size beds and a pull out sofa. The unit has lovely finishes and very nice appliances. Everything was very clean. Perfect mini vacation!

This was our second stay at this property and it was fantastic, again! The unit’s location is great for our young kids - easy access to the back lawn and close proximity to the local park/playground. Amazing location and amenities!

This unit was perfect for our family of 5. The checkin process was seamless and easy. The unit is located on the side of the resort close to the park/playground and ample grass/open space, which was great for letting the kiddos play. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A non-issue, but the “blackout” currents are not super dark, so light sensitive people or toddlers may be impacted - our 2 year old was up and ready an hour earlier than usual! We really enjoy this resort and this unit surpassed our expectations. We will definitely return! Thanks

Great location and view and loved the ground-floor two bedroom unit. Beds could be a little more comfy and would recommend mattress toppers from Amazon to improve them. We were located next to our family members in other Resort units (which were amazing but more money). Would love a later checkout for future stays.

Good stay for 40th birthday

The property is very nice. The villa is nice and I liked the location. Ground floor is why we booked this through Vrbo vs the resort, it’s so nice for the kids to run out and play, we were right next to the park and pool. Beautiful view. Lots of positives. . However I didn’t realize if you don’t book through the resort we can’t pay for other things. We can’t do the s’mores, bonfires, they wouldn’t decorate the room for my wife for her 40th birthday etc. Bc we booked through Vrbo. So if you plan to do resort activities, you’ll Want to book directly through the resort which we would have if we had known. I should have called the resort before booking. A few things that could use improvement. There were so many ants everywhere. We did contact management and they sent ant spray and traps. Just wasn’t awesome with babies crawling and ants on their hands. The lights in bedrooms flickered all night and AC didn’t really cool. I would stay again though because of the location. The resort was fun and easy walk to coffee, restaurants, grocery, beach etc. overall a really fun time! :)

Beautiful spot!

A group of 5 ladies rented this spot for a bachelorette party. 3 of us are housekeepers so we are particularly eagle-eyed about cleanliness and this passed the test! The home was awesome and I’d say even more beautiful than I expected. Only a couple downsides to the stay; there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms and along baseboards in bedrooms. Several of the girls ended up with ants in their suitcases. The beds were very hard, so if you like that then you won’t have a problem. Also the fridge makes super loud noises that actually woke up the person sleeping on the sofa bed multiple times during the night. Otherwise, it was perfect. I would gladly stay here again!!

This ocean front property is a one story condo, great for mobility impaired as NO STAIRS and is newly decorated and updated with beautiful soft close kitchen, bath & wardrobe drawers and cabinet doors. Wonderful ambient lighting with many dimmer switches, gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs x3, beautiful stove, micro, full fridge, toaster oven. Beautiful place. Beautiful stay.
