Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of the residence, this 24 m² studio features a west-facing balcony. It sleeps up to 4 guests with a double sofa bed in the living area and two bunk beds in the entrance (top bunk not suitable for children under 6).

The bathroom includes a bathtub and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a combination microwave oven, two induction hobs, fridge, and dishwasher. A washing machine and flat-screen TV are also provided.

Heating and hot water are individually powered by electric systems. The property is non-smoking and includes a ski locker. Outdoor parking is reserved for residents (access via remote control, unallocated spaces). Pets are not allowed.
