The living room, furnished with a corner sofa, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, while the fully equipped kitchen, separated by a modern breakfast bar, includes all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. A hallway leads to a separate toilet with a macerator toilet. The west-facing master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe/closet illuminated by a high window. The bathroom also has a window for natural light. The mezzanine, accessible via a staircase from the living room (be mindful of the ceiling height!), offers a queen-size bed (160 cm) with storage space, lit by skylights.
