L'appartement se compose d'une entrée avec placard et penderie. Le séjour, lumineux et cosy, est équipé d'un canapé convertible neuf avec systÚme rapide en 140 cm, d'une télévision, d'une table à manger avec ses 4 chaises. La cuisine ouverte, entiÚrement équipée, dispose de tout le nécessaire : réfrigérateur table top, plaque vitrocéramique à 4 feux, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, bouilloire et cafetiÚre traditionnelle.

La chambre est amĂ©nagĂ©e avec deux lits de 90 cm (qui peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©unis pour former un lit de 180 cm), des tables de chevet, un grand placard avec penderie, et offre un accĂšs direct au balcon. La salle de bain en marbre comprend un lavabo, un miroir, un sĂšche-cheveux et une baignoire. Les WC sont sĂ©parĂ©s et disposent d'un lave-mains.

Le spacieux balcon, exposé à l'ouest, est équipé d'un store banne et d'un salon de jardin composé d'une table et de 4 chaises, offrant un cadre idéal pour profiter de moments de détente en toute tranquillité, bercé par le bruit des vagues.

Un box en sous-sol permet de stationner une petite voiture, et un local à vélos est également disponible. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence charmante en premiÚre ligne, au bord du bassin, à seulement 1 km du centre-ville d'Arcachon.
