Clean room. Be careful in the bathroom the tile is very offset. We had no cable from the get go. The next day still no cable. The bed definitely needs updating could feel springs poking through. The hotel said I would be compensated, still haven’t seen that.

Theres a large tile that extends under the toilet and everytime you step on it or sit on the toilet, it rocks back and forth and makes a loud popping noise, and feels like its going to break. That really should be addressed. I expected more from the breakfast but it was just ok ,everything else was good.

The door to room had a lot of light around it from the hallway, the toilet ran and the toilet was not stable. Breakfast was a big disappointment, very little variety and no hot eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc.

Not worth the money

Check in was easy but the room was not worth the price we paid. The heater made a loud noise all night and the bed was like sleeping on a box spring.

I booked at this place on friday january 10th at around 7pm. We were on our way when the conditions on the road deteriorated real quick. The bridges and roads started to freeze. I called the hotel around 8pm because we knew we were not going to make it. The lady thay answered the phone simple just told me that due to the rules she couldn't give me a refund, i think these rules shouldn't apply when it come to weather unexpectedly making it impossible for us to make it. They could've atleast refunded me half i would've been ok with that.
