Local é lindo e em excelentes condições, os funcionários apesar de super simpáticos e atenciosos ainda não estão preparados para o porte do hotel. Tive uma situação bastante desagradável no check out, em que me cobraram 2 itens de consumo e informei que não tinha consumido, como um Gatorade e um barra de chocolate da Lindt. Retornaram no quarto e detectaram que o Gatorade estava não tinha sido consumido, porém afirmaram que eu consumi a barra de chocolate Lindt e mesmo eu afirmando que não tinha consumido, me cobraram! Realizei consumos no bar da piscina e no bar interno! Não mentiria por 45 reais! Não foi pelo dinheiro, mas pelo hotel achar que estou mentindo e me cobrar mesmo eu afirmando que eu não consumi! Outro ponto, é que os hotéis nessa categoria sempre dão um mimo no check out para a estrada, como água e fruta… Então, apesar do lindo local, arquitetura e conforto, o Hotel ainda não está preparado em nível de atendimento e zelo aos seus clientes Minha experiência foi manchada pela forma como me trataram por 45 reias!!!

O lugar é absurdamente lindo!!! As pessoas são incríveis, muito educadas. Quarto limpo é tudo bem pensado. Voltaria para hospedar, para fazer a degustação do vinho e o tour. Sentimos falta de 2 coisas: - Algumas amenities (senti falta da pantufa! Oferecem uma havaianas no lugar… bom para quem esqueceu e quer usar na piscina ou banho), mas não era nosso caso. - Gastronomia: apesar do ambiente ser impecável, assim como o atendimento. Apesar de destacarmos as variedades e qualidade dos produtos (dá para perceber), sentimos que falta um pouco mais para chegarem na excelência esperada. Talvez seja a expectativa que criamos com o lugar! Mas não achamos as refeições inesquecíveis. A pasta não estava “al dente”, por isso quebrou muito. A pizza estava gostosa, mas não espetacular! Como falamos… o cenário e todo o resto nos faz esperar algo uau! E foi ok!
