Villa Rinaldo is an old stone villa located in the open countryside, in a panoramic position amongst vineyards and olive groves, and halfway between Arezzo and Cortona.

Surrounded by a lush private garden with several plants and flowers, the property boasts a panoramic terrace with a dining table for 10 people, parasols and a wonderful view over the Tuscan landscape.

At a lower level of the garden, going down some stairs, there is a beautiful pool (6 x 12 x 1.4 m), equipped with a gazebo, sun loungers and parasols.

At guests' disposal also a private parking and a barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills.



Internal Description



Villa Rinaldo is made up of the main building and a dependance, both with independent entrances. The whole property can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms (2 twins and 3 doubles) and 3 bathrooms.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets, ceiling fan and cabinet/chest of drawers.

Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.



Main building: The main building is spread over 2 floors, and is divided into 2 apartments. The interior furnishings are in classic Tuscan style with terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams.

The ground floor has 2 living rooms with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace. Then there are 2 kitchens, both equipped with a dining table for 4 people, fridge, oven and stove. Following is a spacious dining room with a large wooden table for 10 people and a kitchenette (with fridge, oven, stove and coffee machine). Two bedrooms make the rest of the floor.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.



Dependance: The dependance is located inside the garden, near the main building, and has an independent entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150,00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa Rinaldo by MMega offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
