With a bathroom equipped with shower and bidet, a fully equipped kitchenette and a living-dining room that has a 43” Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and direct access to the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a good breakfast. Located in a quiet residential complex with two communal pools. In addition, for added convenience it offers parking space and the complex has an elevator.
