This is a charming property! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.We were not expecting the steep, winding stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms, and we ended up leaving our luggage on the ground floor. It does add to the charm, but very young children or the aging might find this a genuine challenge.Overall, the property was very clean. However, the fridge had been turned off, and there was thawed-out food in the freezer. The coffee pot also needed a deep clean. The beds and bath were spotless!You truly are in the heart of old town, and can easily explore the area on foot. So much culture to take in! Merci!

Great location around the corner from the bull ring. Close to shops and restauarants and great for walking around town. Dishwasher could do with a service.

Historic property in Arles

Property was very pleasant, clean and well equipped. Right in the heart of the historic old town part of Arles. Host was very helpful in proving guidance to getting to the property along with local restaurants and sights. A very pleasant experience!

An authentic Arles house in the heart of town

I loved this house! The location is wonderful - close to the historic center, patisserie, restaurants and grocery store. I felt like I was sleeping in a castle with the large stone block walls and the comfortable beds and sheets smelling so good. The stairs could present some difficulties for some people as they are narrow and spiral. Our host, Michel, speaks only French but if you know a little French you will do fine. Michel was very helpful with showing us where to park for free and where all the necessary stores are. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. I would stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to be in Arles again.

Wonderful location in the middle of the old town. The host was very accommodating.

The host helped me find free parking which was great. The house is small, although we managed even with 6 people. The only difficulty was the stairs which are narrow and steep. Two of the three bedrooms are on the top floor and require you to be in good shape to get up there. On the whole we were very happy there.

Great location - all you need in central Arles

It was more rustic than we expected but provided everything we needed. I liked the added thought of little things like a new bar of local soap in the bathroom, water bottles in the bedroom and orange juice and packaged waffles for our first breakfast. The kitchen was SMALL but typical French but all of the cook wear was clean and modern. :) The bathroom was spacious but it was difficult to not have the shower leak. The location was perfect! Close to everything in Arles and a good home base to explore the area (free parking at the bus station).
