4/10 Poor

All of the above. We understand we can't control the weather, but this house was terribly unprepared for inclement weather. Driveway and walkway completely uncleared, barely made it up and into the front door, garage totally inaccessible. Finally got in, power was out. Zero flashlights, zero candles, no welcome book with info, not even a shovel anywhere on the property to help clear snow. This house needs a generator. I barely bumbled my way to get the gas fireplace going so we had some heat. The only light we had was from our cell phone flashlights, with dwindling batteries and no way to charge. This was actually a very serious situation as we were trapped with no response from any of the numbers we reached out to for several days. If not for the kindness of neighbors with generators to charge our phones, I don't know what we would have done. No way to cook food, no communication from anyone, it was a bad experience. Property should have been better prepared. And a tree fell on my car and my head while parked in the driveway, very lucky to escape without injury. It was like this for three days, terrible. My family was stressed and scared. As soon as there was a tiny break we got the hell out of there, three days early. I've filed a claim with the trip protection to get some kind of compensation, I think it's warranted. The house itself was kind of cool, probably better in the summer. But owners/property managers should better equip the place.
