Beautiful duplex penthouse has 2 floors, ground floor has a kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with wardrobe, living room with large armchair and a large terrace where you can eat outside or put yourself in the armchairs of garden, which communicates with the living room and bedroom. Upstairs you have another room with 1 double bed and air conditioning, upstairs you also have a terrace very large private terrace sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, table and chairs to make the most of the day . Among the services the television with all the chains French, Belgian, English, international and TV vlaanderen, wifi, garage. It is located in a complex that has 3 pools, two of them large and one for children. It is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Las Americas or Los Cristianos.

Great Location, beautiful views

Positives:- stephane really helpful- big parking space- pool areas great- balcony and especially roof terrace excellent- never tired of sea views from the outside areas- lot of building work in Palm-mar, but nothing near here- shops/restaurants 5 mon walk away, some even closer- strongly recombed flamingo tapas restaurant(slight) negatives- bed bit uncomfortable- tiny kitchen, can only accommodate 1 person at a timeHowever, these are minor and all the positives make the negatives insignificant - only included in case the matter to anyone reading

Paradise!

Great property! Location was great. You can easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The apartment is very clean and well equipped (kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, utensils) towels, beach towels, hairdryer. It has beautiful views from the balcony and upstairs patio. We loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year! Chantal was quick to answer any questions. Jennifer showed us the apartment when we arrived and she was great too.

Superb apartment, fantastic views!

Have stayed in Palm Mar for over ten years, so know it well! Wanted a place that was quiet and not overlooked and this was perfect! Downstairs was beautifully furnished, everything we needed, internet excellent which is vital as we need it for work, and TV channels extensive. Upstairs terrace had superb sea views, although was very windy at times, and had the sun almost all day. Only small disappointment is that the cushions in the terrace furniture were dirty and old, but as we covered them with beach towels it did not matter. Loved it so much we tried to book for next year but not available for our dates. Would not recommend for children due to being so high up, and this would be unsafe for them.

Lovely peaceful holiday

We had a wonderful stay, particularly enjoying the private rooftop terrace which had great views of Palm Mar and the sea. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable and we look forward to visiting again.

The apartment itself was brilliant, being a penthouse you will love the spectacular views of Pal Mar and most importantly the ocean. Very clean, spacious and with adequate furnishings. The complex was kept immaculately clean, and the swimming pool was huge. Ground floor bedroom did not have air-conditioning, but had a fan which unfortunately was not as powerful as the one in the second bedroom which is unfortunate/uncomfortable. The second bedroom with access to the top terrace and penthouse sunbathing area is absolutely lovely , but this bedroom is more a mezzanine bedroom which offered terrific views of the town but offered no privacy to who was occupying it. There are restaurants within very easy walking distance, and of the ones that we visited to have lunch and dinner, we can’t fault any of them. The beach which is a very short distance away, unfortunately was not a sandy beach, but very rocky. The TV package or entertainment package was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at, no shortage of entertainment with over 5000 films to choose from so no boredom here, thank you very much. The hosts son Cedric was exceptional, couldn’t do enough for us and was terrific to deal with and extremely helpful. Booked us a table at The Babhia Beach restaurant for our first night and supplied the bubbly, arranged taxis and pickups to and from airport. Outstanding. If you want a quiet holiday with relaxation in mind and choose not to rent a car as we did, then this would be perfect, however if you want more,than a car or cab would give you the perfect holiday.

Palm Mar : le soleil, la mer, la tranquillité

4 semaines magnifiques entre visites de l'Ile (bien que ce soit la 5°fois que nous venons à Tenerife), baignades, redécouverte de la Gomera, balades à pied sur la partie plus sauvage de Palm Mar sans oublier les restaurants.

Die Unterkunft, war wie beschrieben, tolle Dachterasse, ruhiger großer Pool, im Ort ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Für uns aber nur mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen! Strand von Palm Mar ist leider nichts zum schwimmen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage und ruhiger Umgebung. Für unsere Rückenleiden hätten wir uns etwas bessere Matrazen gewünscht, letztendlich war's aber in Ordnung. Ansonsten alles super. Bel appartement dans une résidence récente très bien entretenue avec une belle piscine très propre. Duplex bien équipé avec 2 terrasses très agreables. Ville très tranquille et agréable avec 2 supermarchés et beaucoup de restaurants à disposition. Il manque juste une belle plage de sable pour parfaire le tableau...
