Our top floor flat offers plenty of space for 2-8 people and is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays together.

Step inside....

You stand in a large hallway with wardrobe and access to the individual rooms. A double room (extra bed possible) with a large balcony and a triple room also with a balcony await you.

The living area:

A large equipped kitchenette with additional pantry and a large table for 8 people invites you to eat together. The cosily furnished living room with large couch and relaxing armchair, flat screen TV, is also located in this room. There is also a large balcony here, which invites you to linger in the sun or enjoy a cosy evening.
The third bedroom for three people (bed 140x200+ 90x200) is located in the living area, which is separated by a door.

The large bathroom is ideal for the whole family, with two washbasins, hairdryer, shower, bath and WC.
The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.

Our house is surrounded by flowering meadows, with a large lawn with children's playground, which invites you to linger and relax.

The centre of the village is only a few minutes away. There you will find shopping facilities and many restaurants which are known for their good food.

We offer our guests drinks and bread service.

Our house also offers a bit of wellness and relaxation.
Our masseuse and chiropodist Katja pampers our guests. Simply make an appointment with us and visit her wellness parlour next door.

The quiet location of our house on the edge of the forest is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes.

Some marked hiking trails lead directly past the house. Whether hiking, cycling or skiing in winter, the Bavarian Forest offers you many opportunities for sporting activities.
