First and foremost, the staff are what make this property worth the stay. They are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is remote, so for a quiet getaway it is ideal. The views from each restaurant are amazing. The food, while delicious, is a little on the bland side. I suppose I expected Spanish spiciness and instead got German bland. Not bad but not exceptional. That said, it was well prepared, i.e. cooked perfectly just didn’t hit the taste notes I was hoping for. The olives though…damn they are good. Pool decking was suspect and the pool is not heated so definitely a little chilly after the temps dip at night. Rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The parking is a long walk; in fact you will walk quite a bit which is great for fitness but fair warning if you need assistance (they do have golf carts). Traveling as a single it felt more like a couples/group retreat with little in the way of socialising amongst groups. Bring your friends (and a car) to get the most out of it. Lastly, I didn’t do the spa because the time allotted for a massage at 45 minutes seemed odd and no options for longer were really available. Dissappointing.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. The grounds and property itself are beautiful, and we enjoyed using the pool. Only negative would be breakfast - overcooked poached eggs and dry pastries were disappointing. Thanks to the friendly staff for looking after us.

Exceptional is an understatement!

This was our second stay at Carrossa having first visited pre pandemic in 2019, and it is fast becoming our favourite hotel in the whole island! There is not a single thing to fault this lovely hotel, from its incredible serene views, the amazing food being served by their two restaurants, the wonderfully friendly and supportive staff, abundance of ameneties, and, most importantly, very comfortable rooms. If you are looking for a place to recharge those batteries in the calmest and most beautiful surroundings, you will struggle to find a better option than Carrossa.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in such a peaceful and quiet location. The 1km driveway through olive groves and fields was so serene. The rooms were a lovely size and full of thoughtful and useful touches - I’ve never seen a ‘pillow menu’ before but what a good idea! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, we didn’t want for anything. The breakfast was delicious with lots on offer and plenty of it. The views from the restaurants were just fabulous and from the pool area simply breathtaking.

This is a beautiful property - our room in the main building was stylish and comfortable. Had dinner outside watching the sunset - perfect setting with great food and wine all served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Breakfast was also very very good. Would be delighted to return

Brand new luxury in Mallorca

Set in extensive land near to Arta this brand new resort was fantastic the suite we stayed in was superb the staff amazing and friendly the buffet breakfast was a brilliant way to start the day before relaxation at the outdoor infinity pool with 360 degree views of mountains and sea with a bar and plenty of sun loungers. We also used the new gym contained in the SPA with a full size indoor pool . The evening meals taken at either the bistro set high up or the carossa restaurant which offered very high quality but in relaxed informal environment.

Das Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen beschrieben und bepreist und muss sich daran messen- hier erfüllt man nicht die Erwartungen. Auf der Habenseite: das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, in sehr gepflegter Anlage und weitab des Trubels. Leider sind kulinarischen Möglichkeiten vor Ort vorallem 5 Sterne bepreist- aber die Leistung stimmt nicht. Am ersten Abend servierte man uns ein Entrecote dass alle Garstufen in einem aufwies, von grau und sehr durch bis tief rot und very rare. Der angepriesene BBQ Abend präsentierte ein all you can eat Buffet dass man in 4 Sterne Hotels jeden Abend bekommt- für 64€ pro Nase völlig überteuert. Im Hotel selber ist die Klimanlage sehr laut, und auch nach Zimmerwechsel wechselweise defekt oder falsch eingestellt. Hier muss man fairerweise erwähnen, dass das Personal sehr bemüht war Abhilfe zu schaffen- als letzte Rettung mit einer Flasche Sekt. Als negatives Highlight fiel die vergessene zimmerreinigung und die telefonische Anfrage am letzten Abend wann man denn auschecken werde auf. Wenn man die Erwartung einer spanischen 5Sterne auf internationale 3,5Sterne Bewertung reduziert, ist das Erlebnis wohl realistischer Hervorzuheben ist das in großen Teilen sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

We enjoyed it. Calm and quiet with nice views.

Mycket vackert ställe. Tyvärr lite för många barn i poolen, borde vara adults only eller åtminstone en barnpool en bit bort. Sängen och gardiner var inte i ordningställd på kvällen och det var förvånande på ett 5-stjärnigt hotel. Lugn och fin stämning och trivsamt att sitta på uteplatsen till rummet och bara njuta av stillheten och några vildgetter. Mycket fint spa med hamam och inomhuspool, nyttjade poolen inomhus för att komma in svalkan en stund. Vi firade ett viktigt jubileum och fick en trevlig överraskning - tack.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything is very well maintained an new, staff is great und the surrounding area is also lovely. You can just spend the entire holiday here and enjoy the pool, spa and gym, all fantastic!

Tolles und sehr ruhiges Hotel, super Essen und netter Service! Teilweise hellhörig im Zimmer jedoch sind fast alle Gäste rücksichtsvoll und ruhig. Ab und zu Kinder am Pool waren eher unschön ansonsten das gesamte Hotelgelände sehr gepflegt, super schön und sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
