Kein 4-Sterne Personal

Grundsätzlich ist das Colonna okay. Es entspricht aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Weder die verschiedenen MA an der Reception, welche schlecht geschult sind und herablassend die Kunden bedienen - noch der Komfort. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich nicht für den WiFi Zugang 2 Euro pro Stunde zahlen zu müssen und dass die Zimmer spärlich ausgestattet sind. Hotel ist i.O. aber woher die 4 Sterne kommen wissen glaub die Götter.
