Excellent Location

Lovely apartment, very secure, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views over the marina and bay. If you like boat and people watching, this is excellent for you. Lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. The walk around the headland to Port Navalo should not be missed. We will be coming back again!

Appartement trÚs bien placé et bien équipé.

Situé en bout du port du Crouesty, cet appartement bénéficie avec sa terrasse d'une vue sur le port sans avoir les inconvénients de la cohue de la place centrale. Lumineux et calme, nous y avons passé un trÚs bon séjour

L ' appartement ne fait pas tout !

L appartement est bien situé et en bon état. Par contre il n est pas indiqué dans l annonce qu il n y a pas de Freezer et pas de congélateur ! Le four n est pas facile à utiliser car il est placé bien trop haut. L arrivée à été chaotique , plan du parking inexploitable. Propriétaire absente pour l arrivée et le départ , nous avons dû retourner chez la propriétaire à 17 km allez 17 km autour pour récupérer les clés sous un pot de fleur... Tres Mauvais service. MSD

BEL APPARTEMENT MAIS UN PEU VIEILLOT

L'appartement a une vue sublime et un joli balcon mais l'Ă©tat du store et des bras empĂȘchent d'en profiter. (forte dĂ©gradation par la rouille et le calcaire, quasi impossible de le manoeuvrer). Une porte de placard cuisine Ă  redresser. Face au port mais loin (13kms) des plages sans cailloux !!! Voiture indispensable pour trouver plage de sable. Commerces de tourisme tous proches mais alimentation en supermarchĂ© Ă  30mn Ă  pieds. L'appartement est propre.

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© avec vue sur le port et la mer. trĂšs calme au mois de mai. Bien Ă©quipĂ© mais il manque un compartiment freezer dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, pas de possibilitĂ© de faire des glaçons ou de congeler des blocs rĂ©frigĂ©rants. GĂȘnant par temps trĂšs chaud.

Nous aurions pu passer un sĂ©jour tranquille vu la pĂ©riode ( pas grand monde dans la rĂ©sidence) sans cette fĂȘte sur le port juste en dessous de nous. De ce fait, difficultĂ© de trouver l’immeuble. Sinon le logement est agrĂ©able et suffisant pour 2 personnes.

., alors que 100€ obligatoires sont demandĂ©s pour le nettoyage et le linge de maison. PoussiĂšres non faites depuis plusieurs mois. En bref, location d’hiver mais non prĂ©parĂ©e.

Nous y Ă©tions pour le salon, plein de vie au pied de la terrasse, une super vue sur le port et lĂ©gĂšrement sur la gauche la vue pleine mer. Évidemment trĂšs pratique le box garage. Super emplacement, jolie vue

L'appartement est idéalement situé : au calme mais à proximité de tout (balades, commerces, bus). Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin dans l'appartement. J'ai enlevé une étoile car le prix du ménage et de la location du linge me semble un peu excessif (la couverture en laine et le four n'étaient pas propres). C'est le seul point négatif que je vois car notre séjour a été trÚs agréable dans l'ensemble.

Mit dem Verwaltungs-service waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Man gab sich keine MĂŒhe uns Welan zugĂ€ngig zu machen,mit dem Fernseher kannte mansich auch nicht aus.Nicht gerade deutsch-freundlich.VerstĂ€ndlicherweise war ĂŒber die Feiertage niemand erreichbar.
