The unit was in bit of rough shape. Drywall damage, needed to painted, hallways somewhat dirty. For the price, it was certainly sufficient, but a little tlc could go a long way on this property.

広い部屋だけどユニットバスは狭くてシャワーヘッドも小さく水圧も十分ではない部屋はそれなりに綺麗ただ空調が自由に切り替えられないので部屋が寒すぎて風邪をひいた駐車場は敷地内にもあるtimesを利用隣にも契約されてる立体駐車場あり
