The king bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The bathroom needed some repairs. The shower head was partially detached from the wall, hanging loose on one side. There was little or no water pressure in the sink faucet. The floor of the tub was slippery.

It was okay.

The door knob was broken, tub kicked in and someone’s soap was left twice. The lady up front was super sweet and tried to get the housekeeping to do better but the second night she came and cleaned our bathroom herself. The soap was left both day and trash wasn’t taken after she put in for a full service. Otherwise she was helpful and hopefully the bathrooms will get cleaned better.

Was one of the only options in the area, but was really sketchy. The others staying at or around the property made my family feel uneasy. The hotel itself ok, but was noticeably dirty in several places in the room.

No where on the web site did it say you are charge an extra 100$ if you are local. My lights are out so needed a room for the night. Would have been nice to be forewarned about extra charge instead of being told after already paid and checking in.

Not happy at all, drove up from Florida for a wedding. After being on the road for 9hrs. They check us into a dirty room with dirty wash rags hanging from the shower rod, a wet bathroom floor & an unmade bed. Then when my husband goes to ask for a different room, the lady tried to make it seem like it was his fault for checking into a dirty room. Disgusting.

All that needs to be said is there were bed bugs in our room! We did not stay and asked for a refund, which they said they would make but it is still up to Expedia to issue it. That has not happened yet. Don’t book through a third party if you can avoid it!

Customer service was WONDERFUL, everyone is very nice! Keurig was dusty and needed to be cleaned before using, ceiling peeling a bit, standing lamp in room didn't work. Mini fridge was off balance and that caused things to spill a couple times but we just said it had personality! Pool was a nice size for the kids but they didn't want to swim long because of bugs in the pool. Overall the stay was good for the price, convenience to locations, and the staff really was super amazing. The coffee and breakfast bar are a great start to the day as well!

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful but the property is not in the best condition. My room was not very clean and trash was on the floor and what appeared to be blood possibly towards the top of a wall. Evidence housekeeping is not thoroughly cleaning the rooms which is very very concerning. The refrigerator in room had no knobs to adjust temperature and the freezer part was covered in ice and basically frozen over. The telephone in room did not work so I had to call front desk from my cell phone and lastly TV remote had tape holding the batteries in so remote did not work best either. I prepaid with no option for refund so was stuck staying somewhere I was not comfotable in. So definitely not a Comfort or Clean Inn.
