The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and daily breakfast were great extras. The pillows are horrible. The whirlpool was broken. The outdoor area, by the pool is a nice space, but even though our room was on the third floor, when multiple people are out there the noise can be clearly heard in your room.

Good but one issue—-

Decent stay. Breakfast was good. Kickback Jacks- Good nearby restaurant. The rooms could use some updating. The bed was nice. One major complaint: the pillows. All were terrible and offered no support even tripled up. I had to use a closet blanket and towel to assist the pillow to get comfortable . I didn’t call the front desk to resolve it … it was late. Best of luck!

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well, there was still hair in the tub, and there was something on the countertop in the bathroom. The room itself was clean looking. The room was a bit in the pricey side, but it was a good stay overall.

Suite was an excellent bargain! Beds and sofa bed were super comfy. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Would def stay here again! Breakfast buffet with hot and cold offerings to please kids and adults! The pool was closed but we could use the one at a sister hotel right next door. 24 hour Coffee/tea and ice water available in lobby!
