It would be helpful if you could please strip off all pillow cases, pillow shams, and sheets and place them on the floor.  Leave the bedcover and blanket on top of the bed.
Please make sure you leave the keys to each bedroom door on its respective knobs
The house was as described, comfy and cozy! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The central air kept the house cool all day. Good location to everything we wanted to visit. Arvin quickly responded and was a great host. If we ever visit the Asheville area, we will want to stay here.
This place is so inviting and exactly as shown in the pictures! We especially loved the vinyl collection and picked out albums to play each evening when we got back from our adventures
My friend and I both had the best time exploring Asheville and the surrounding areas while enjoying this comfortable place as our home base. The home has a wonderful location, a great layout, all the amenities we needed and our host was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
We have family nearby in Asheville, so it was convenient for us, but also an easy drive to both downtown and the airport. Enjoyed sharing some of the vinyl LPs with my 20-something son.
Arwin had created the perfect landing spot for anyone thinking of making a trip to Asheville. Itâs central to the Asheville area making it easy to get to downtown, West Asheville, Weaverville, or the UNC campus. Arwin has given every consideration to the needs of travelers with the thoughtful amenities of his property. From the local recommendations, to the welcome gift. The decor was warm and welcoming. This is a smaller sized house - but not a thing was missing. Arwin was the perfect host - keeping us up to date on any activities that might impact our stay. 13/10. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.
Arvinâs home was very cozy, clean and in an easy to get to location. We stay in Asheville every year and this was the first stay on the Western side. Would come again. Definitely a great location for the more eclectic, artsy type people.Arvin was very responsive and accommodating. Our only issue was no washer/dryer. Great home for 2 or 4 people!
The property was lovely and just as pictured. The upstairs was a bit drafty, but there were heaters in each room and plenty of blankets. The location is not central to or near Downtown Asheville, but it is a short drive away. The street that the home is located on is similarly named to another street on the other side of town, so make sure you're going to the right place!
Lovely, comfortable and well-appointed home and the owner provided everything we needed. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was super simple. There was easy access to all parts of Asheville and the surrounding outdoor destinations from Laurel Loop.
My daughter and I had the extreme pleasure of spending 3 nights in Arvinâs lovely home. We felt like we were staying in someoneâs comfy, cozy home. There was nothing we needed which wasnât provided and so easy to access. The furnishings were perfect in the 2 bedrooms, and the 2 bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed..and more. The kitchen was perfectly laid out. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lovely front porch, and although the street was near, the plantings in the yard made sitting on the porch peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We also loved the locationâŠso central to everything we love to doâŠdowntown, West Asheville, and even Waynesville. Arvin was super responsive and very nice. We will stay at Arvinâs home again. Thank you, Arvin!
Charming, comfortable place with every detail considered. Things like clothes steamers, bathrobes, and vinyl records to play. All you need for meals in, and information for restaurants nearby. Safe parking on site. Beds are comfy too. Total home run. Thanks, Arvin!
Our daughter requested Asheville for her senior trip. The house is so conveniently located. The neighbors are quiet. The host was very gracious. We found it to be cozy and well stocked with comfy beds. We stayed 6 days and didnât want to leave!
It was just like the listing said, a comfy cottage. The bed was a little uncomfortable (missed my bed) and the motorcycles at night, but it is summer and that time of year. The noise machine helped. Would come and stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Excellent communication from the home owner and easy check in and out. Thoughtful touches like bath robes, bottled water, water dispenser in fridge and chocolates were very much appreciated. Plantings on the property were lovely and sitting on the porch in the evening was very pleasant. I would only suggest some kitchen towels for drying hands and cups. We didn't use the dishwasher.
My sister and I had a wonderful time in Asheville! Arvinâs home was amazingly comfortable! Very easy access, comfy beds, beautifully decorated! I had the 2nd floor to myself and my sister had the first floor. Although we didnât cook, the kitchen, as well as the entire home was well appointed! Everything we needed was at hand! It was just a short drive to downtown and to the Biltmore Estate. You wonât be disappointed!! Loved the entire experience!
This home is so cozy and charming. The hosts have done an amazing job filling it with all the things a guest would need and more! There is an eclectic record collection and turntable that made our evening so enjoyable. Thank you for all your attention to detail. Wonderful location too!
Charming, comfortable small home in great location. A house with character has been nicely restored and lovingly furnished. Well equipped down to the half and half available for our morning coffee. Arvin, the host, was helpful and welcoming.
We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee and having dinner in one of the nearby fun restaurants.
We
This house was perfect for my friend and I visiting for the weekend. We enjoyed all the well thought out and fun decor as well as the space to relax. The place was a quick drive to downtown and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
We had a great time staying at this house and visiting various places around Asheville. The house was clean and well maintained and was easy to use as a base for exploring the area as it was well positioned within the town. Arvin was a great host and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Each morning I went out onto the front porch to view and listen to the many wild birds that inhabit the area.
Very comfortable and convenient. Owner (Arvin) is very nice and available to make your stay pleasant. Only minutes from the cool vibe of Asheville as well as being 20- 30 minutes from beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls off the blue ridge parkway.
From the thoughtful appointments throughout to the charmingly decorated interior, the cozy eclectic craftsman bungalow was the perfect place for our girlsâ trip to the Asheville area.
The house is perfectly located with close proximity to downtown, with easy access to hot spots such as the Biltmore estate, and in a cute neighborhood setting.
We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings as we looked out out over the quaint garden and listened to the birds sing. We also loved the lavender-scented shower soaps.
Our host, Arvin, checked in to make sure there wasnât anything we needed; because he had thought of everything, we did not, but Iâm confident he would have responded promptly if there were any issues or concerns.
There was plenty of room for us (two women), as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom; the space would be perfect for two couples or a small family as well. The beds were comfy, and the house was cool and comfortable despite mid-July temperatures as room ACs and fans are provided.
Based on our experience, we would definitely book here again!
