Great location overall. Close enough to walk Downtown or to the RAD. Clean. New rooms. Amazing staff. Very friendly. The roof top bar and restaurant has incredible views. Traffic noise on the side of the building facing the highway is LOUD. The rooms are equipped with white noise machines but it doesn’t make for a great experience. We were on the 4th floor. Maybe it’s better on other floors.

Once the Hilton wide key entry problem was resolved our’s continued being an issue. A very kind and patient service /maintenance person came to look explaining the deadbolt was not retracting fully. Its time me to remodel, run down and tired facilities. Please look at the toilet in 613, it a travesty. I had swore I would not fill this marketing , blow stem review and here I am. With huge corporate review subcontractor nothing will ever get addressed. The breakfast is convenient while very low quality, I would be embarrassed really. Running on a brand can only last so long. I really was a fan, but realize the standards have fallen Accros the board. Be well ! Juan and Lori
